The incident resulted in\u200b the death of one man and \u200bthe injury of another.<\/p>\n<p>Dominick Sanchez, 29, has pleaded guilty to one count of \u2062attempted \u200dmurder. His sentencing is scheduled for Sept. \u206429 in the North Justice Center in Fullerton.<\/p>\n<p>Co-defendant Jacob Antunez, 26, also \u2063pleaded \u2062guilty on July\u2062 14 to\u2064 a\u2063 felony count of discharging a firearm at an inhabited\u2062 dwelling. These charges are all felonies. Nolasco also faces sentencing \u200benhancements for gang activity and discharge of \u2062a\u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/man-pleads-guilty-in-connection-with-fatal-anaheim-shooting\/\" title=\"Man admits guilt in Anaheim shooting that resulted in death.\">gun \u2062causing great bodily injury<\/a>\u2063 or death.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200bAnaheim police reported that the three defendants were accused of killing\u200b 28-year-old Edwin Richard \u200cRamirez-Hernandez\u200b and injuring \u2063another man, whose identity has not\u2064 been disclosed.<\/p>\n<h3>The Shooting Incident<\/h3>\n<p>The shooting took place on Aug. 15, 2020, at approximately 12:30 a.m. The incident occurred at the intersection of Citron \u200dStreet and\u200d Bellevue Drive in Anaheim. \u2062Edwin Richard Ramirez-Hernandez, an Anaheim resident, was pronounced dead at the scene, while\u2064 the other victim was hospitalized but survived.<\/p>\n<p>According \u2063to the police, the detectives\u200d suspect that the defendants targeted\u200d the\u200b victims based\u200d on their belief that\u2064 they were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ms-13-member-pleads-guilty-to-brutal-murder-in-maryland\/\" title=\"MS-13 Member Pleads Guilty To Brutal Murder in Maryland\">rival gang members<\/a>.
