Governor Breaks His Own COVID Rules To Eat Fancy French Food\">years ago<\/a> but has been accused of slow-walking that\u200b investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the summer, IRS whistleblower <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/busted-despite-denials-kjp-subtly-reframing-joe-hunter-business-ties-narrative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gary Shapley<\/a> \u200dshared the \u200bcontents of an encrypted message Hunter Biden \u200dallegedly\u200b sent to a Chinese business partner.<\/p>\n<p>In the message, the president\u2019s son implied that he needed to\u2064 be paid and that his father was in \u2063the room with him.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2062 Biden family is accused of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-suffers-big-legal-blow-as-his-top-lawyer-asks-to-depart-from-case\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's lead lawyer seeks to withdraw from his case, dealing a significant legal setback.\">influence-peddling scheme dating back years<\/a> to Joe Biden\u2019s tenure\u2063 as vice president.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/2023\/08\/special-counsel-david-weiss-makes-5-million-biden-china-scheme-disappear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Review<\/a>, Shapley was not the only government official with messages that purported to connect Joe Biden to the family business.<\/p>\n<p>The outlet reported Monday that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/top-republicans-immediately-blast-appointment-david-weiss-hunter-biden-special-counsel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Weiss<\/a> had seen the message as early as 2020 but chose not to seek an indictment.<\/p>\n<p>The message \u2062was sent by Hunter Biden to \u200da Chinese businessman named Henry \u2062Zhao, and it read:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am \u200bsitting\u200b here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment has not \u200dbeen fulfilled. Tell the\u2063 director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, \u2063and now means tonight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me\u2063 and every person he knows and my ability \u200cto forever hold a grudge that you will regret not \u200cfollowing my direction.
