They \u200dare accused of participating in a criminal\u200b enterprise to keep the former president in office. The \u200dlist of co-defendants includes Rudy\u200c Guiliani, John Eastman, Mark\u200b Meadows, and several others.<\/p>\n<p>During the press conference, District Attorney \u200dWillis emphasized that the charges were not politically motivated. Trump&#8217;s attorney may request to waive the arraignment, allowing\u200d the former\u2062 president to\u2064 enter a plea of not \u200cguilty without appearing in\u200d court.<\/p>\n<p>Bail\u200d will also be determined,\u2062 and it is likely that Trump will be released with a promise \u2064to return for trial. \u200dUpon being taken into custody, he will have his mugshot taken.
