Trump has been indicted on a slew \u2064of charges in \u200crelation to\u200d his alleged efforts to overturn the results of \u200dthe 2020 election.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, a \u2062Fulton County Grand Jury voted to approve charges against Trump in connection with alleged racketeering, \u200bconspiracy, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kushner-relatives-max-out-donations-to-chris-christies-presidential-campaign\/\" title=\"Kushner family donates generously to Chris Christie's campaign.\">making false \u2064statements<\/a>.\u200b  <\/p>\n<p>The Georgia\u200b Grand Jury delivered the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fultonclerk.org\/DocumentCenter\/View\/2077\/CRIMINAL-INDICTMENT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">indictment<\/a> which \u2064included 10 \u2062charges in the election \u200bprobe. \u200dThose charges include Violation of the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) Act, Solicitation of Violation of Oath By Public Officer, Conspiracy\u200b to Commit Impersonating a Public\u200b Officer, Conspiracy \u2063to Commit Forgery \u2063in the \u2064First Degree, Conspiracy \u2064to\u200b Commit False Statements and Writings, Conspiracy to Commit \u2062Filing False Documents, Conspiracy to \u200bCommit Forgery in\u2063 the First \u200bDegree,\u00a0 Filing \u200bFalse Documents, and Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer.<\/p>\n<p>The charges come after \u200da \u2064year of investigation\u200d from Fulton County DA Fani Willis, which included \u200dtestimony \u200bfrom current and former state officials, \u2063including Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.<\/p>\n<p>In March, the\u2063 notable Republican became the first former United States president in history to\u2062 face \u200ccriminal \u2063charges. <\/p>\n<p>He was\u200b indicted in New York on state charges regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-indicted-in-georgia-election-probe\/\" title=\"Trump charged in Georgia election investigation.\">alleged hush\u2063 money payments made<\/a> to porn\u200d actor Stormy Daniels.<\/p>\n<p>His next charge was \u2063the first \u200dfederal\u2063 indictment against a\u2062 former president.
