To justify her \u200bclaim that Trump and his associates \u200dengaged in a \u201cconspiracy\u201d to overturn the\u2064 2020 election results, \u200bWillis cites \u200cnumerous acts of indictees engaging in lawful free speech that she asserts helped further this so-called conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>In Act 22, for example, \u2063Willis cites a Dec.\u2063 3, 2020, tweet from \u200dTrump telling his followers to tune into \u200bOne America News Network (OANN) to\u200b watch state legislative hearings \u2064on Georgia\u2019s elections. According to Willis, this constitutes \u201can\u2064 overt\u2062 act in furtherance of the conspiracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the incident is hardly \u200dthe\u200d first in which Willis attempts to criminalize \u200dfree speech. In Act \u2063100, she\u200b similarly claims a Dec. 30, 2020, \u2062Trump tweet telling people to \u200dwatch other hearings on the conduction of\u200d Georgia\u2019s 2020 election on \u200bOANN \u2063and Newsmax is another example of Trump furthering \u200cthis \u2062so-called\u2063 conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>Other examples of\u200b perfectly legitimate actions \u2062or\u2063 rhetoric\u2062 Willis cited\u2062 as a \u201cfurtherance\u201d of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/alex-murdaugh-appeals-conviction-and-sentencing-in-murder-of-wife-and-son\/\" title=\"Alex Murdaugh appeals conviction and sentencing in murder of wife and son\">alleged crimes include<\/a> a\u200b Dec. 7, 2020, retweet\u2064 by Giuliani \u2063of \u200da tweet encouraging Georgians \u2064to \u201ccall [their] state Senate House Reps ask them to\u200b sign\u2064 the petition for special session\u201d to ensure the state\u200c has \u201cfree \u2064&#038; \u200bfair elections.\u201d Willis also cited a Nov. 7,\u200d 2020,\u2063 text Meadows sent to\u200c Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., asking for the phone numbers of Pennsylvania\u2019s House \u200dspeaker and \u200bSenate leader \u200cbecause Trump wanted \u201cto chat with\u2063 them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the end\u2062 of the day, Willis\u2019 sham indictment is nothing more \u2063than\u200b a blatant, Democrat-backed attempt to criminalize Americans\u2019 First Amendment \u2062right to free speech. It\u2019s not just designed to silence Trump and\u2064 his associates, but anyone who \u2063dares to go against Democrats and their Marxist agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Much like the other indictments leveled\u2062 against Trump, Willis\u2019 \u200ccharges are \u200cjust\u2062 a preview of what leftist\u200b politicians across \u2064the country want to \u2063do to everyday Americans.
