Democratic Rep.\u2063 Says Hunter Biden Broke the Law<\/a><br \/>\n        <span>8\/14\/2023<\/span>\n      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Others indicted include, but are not limited to, \u200bformer White House Chief \u2064of Staff Mark Meadows, former Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, former\u2064 Republican National Committee \u2064lawyer Jenna Ellis, conservative lawyer John\u200b Eastman, lawyer Kenneth Chesebro, former DOJ senior official Jeffrey Clark and\u2063 Georgia GOP Chair \u200cDavid\u2062 Shafer.<\/p>\n<p>District Attorney Fani \u2063Willis said\u2063 she intends to try all 19 \u200cdefendants together.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 41 counts were filed, but none of \u2062those indicted have been charged on all the counts.<\/p>\n<p>The charges include, but are not limited\u2062 to, violating the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations)\u2062 Act, \u200csolicitation of a violation of oath by a public officer, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer,\u2064 conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, filing false documents, and perjury. All those indicted have been charged with violating the \u200dGeorgia RICO Act.<\/p>\n<p>When President Trump and \u200cthe 18 other defendants will surrender is to be determined.\u2064 The deadline \u2064to surrender is\u2062 Aug. 25 at noon Eastern Time.<\/p>\n<p>There \u200dare 30 unindicted co-conspirators.<\/p>\n<p>Reuters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/us-state-georgia-appears-set-file-charges-against-donald-trump-court-document-2023-08-14\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> on \u200ca copy of the indictment that was briefly posted, then removed, on the Fulton\u2063 County court&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for Ms. Willis&#8217; office said the then-apparent copy was &#8220;inaccurate.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Justice Should be Blind&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Republicans\u200c blasted the indictment of the former president.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Justice should be blind, but Biden has weaponized\u2062 government against his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/moscow-murders-the-danger-of-standing-up-to-the-russian-regime\/\" title=\"Moscow Murders: The Danger Of Standing Up To The Russian Regime\">leading political opponent<\/a> to\u2064 interfere in the 2024 election. Now a \u2063radical DA in Georgia \u2062is following Biden\u2019s lead\u200d by attacking President Trump and using it to fundraise her political career.
