But that is not \u2063how I want \u200cto win \u200cthis election.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ramaswamy&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-the-bidens-got-rich-while-americans-got-robbed\/\" title=\"Donald Trump: 'The Bidens Got Rich While Americans Got Robbed'\">campaign<\/a> also referred to \u2063a tweet from the candidate, in\u200c response to a published document by Reuters that caused speculation about Trump&#8217;s \u2062involvement \u200din the indictment.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s downright pathetic that Fulton County publicly posted the \u2062indictment \u200bon its website even before the grand \u2063jury\u2064 had finished convening,&#8221; Ramaswamy wrote. \u2064He suggested that Trump\u2063 should &#8220;immediately\u200b file\u2062 a motion\u2062 to dismiss for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-indicted-ramaswamy-strikes-first-among-gop-primary-foes-in-responding-to-georgia-case\/\" title=\"Ramaswamy leads GOP primary rivals in addressing Georgia case after Trump's indictment.\">constitutional due process violation<\/a> \u2063for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fulton-county-das-office-posts-charges-against-trump-before-grand-jury-votes\/\" title=\"Fulton County DA's Office shares Trump charges prior to grand jury voting.\">publicly issuing<\/a> \u200ban indictment before the grand jury\u2064 had actually signed one.&#8221;\u2064 Ramaswamy even offered to author an amicus brief to the court on behalf of Trump.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Speculation \u2062about the indictment circulated throughout Monday, with Reuters reporting on a document that listed Trump&#8217;s name alongside numerous crimes. The document was briefly available on the court&#8217;s website\u2062 before being deleted.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives for other prominent Republicans, including Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Vice\u2063 President Mike Pence, Sen. Tim Scott, and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, did not provide\u2064 comment on the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>Sen. Tim Scott may\u2063 address the \u200ddevelopment at the \u2064Iowa State Fair on Tuesday, where he is scheduled to participate in a \u200b&#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-needles-desantis-with-iowa-state-fair-entourage\/\" title=\"Trump taunts DeSantis at Iowa State Fair.\">fair-side chat<\/a>\u200c with Gov.
