Willis\u200c also said she intends\u2063 to try all 19 defendants together.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment also includes \u200dan additional 30 unindicted co-conspirators in addition to the charged defendants.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors in Willis&#8217;s office claim the\u200c group \u201cengaged in various related criminal activities including, \u2062but not limited to, false statements and writings, impersonating a public officer, forgery, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-court-website-posts-document-with-13-charges-against-trump-and-then-deletes-it\/\" title=\"Georgia court website briefly published a document listing 13 charges against Trump, which was later removed.\">filing false documents<\/a>, influencing witnesses, computer \u200dtheft, computer \u2062trespass, computer invasion of privacy, conspiracy to defraud the state, acts involving theft, and perjury.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meadows faces two charges, including solicitation of \u2063violation of oath by a public officer \u200band \u2062racketeering, a charge\u2063 typically intended for organized crime. Trump, Meadows, and the other\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-indicted-18-others-charged-including-giuliani-meadows-and-eastman\/\" title=\"Donald Trump indicted, along with 18 others including Giuliani, Meadows, and Eastman.\">17 indicted individuals \u200cface racketeering charges<\/a> under Georgia\u2019s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt\u2064 Organizations (RICO) Act.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, a judge \u200bordered Meadows to speak before the Georgia special grand jury.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Jan. 6 capitol \u2063riot, Meadows went quiet \u2064about the events concerning the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment \u200cclaims Giuliani, Trump&#8217;s former attorney, engaged in efforts \u200bto\u2064 urge Georgia state officials to illegally appoint presidential electors from the state in violation of the\u2062 terms\u2063 of their oath of office.
