The indictment alleges that these individuals took various actions in Georgia and beyond to obstruct the counting of certified votes from \u200cthe 2020 general \u2064election, where the presidential electors were declared winners.<\/p>\n<p>Willis emphasized that the defendants have until\u2063 noon on August \u206425th \u2062to surrender themselves to authorities in\u2062 Fulton\u200d County, Georgia.<\/p>\n<h3>Defendants&#8217; Opportunity to Surrender<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Rather than following Georgia&#8217;s legal process for election challenges, the\u2063 defendants are accused \u200bof\u200c engaging in a\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-18-others-indicted-in-georgia-2020-election-case\/\" title=\"Trump and 18 others face indictment in Georgia's 2020 election case.\">criminal racketeering enterprise<\/a>\u2063 to overturn the presidential election result,&#8221; Willis stated.
