Version: 4.0.47--><h2>Did \u2062President Joe Biden and his team know more than they should have about the \u2063first \u200bson\u2019s legal woes?<\/h2>\n<p>That explosive allegation lies at the heart of a Fox News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/fbi-agent-says-biden-transition-team-secret-service-were-tipped-off-on-plans-to-interview-hunter-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> \u200c claiming that the transition team for\u200d Biden\u200b and the Secret Service\u200d were tipped off about a \u201cplanned interview\u201d with Hunter Biden as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/garland-walks-off-reporters-question-critics-calling-hunter-biden-move-rigged\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">federal investigation<\/a> into him.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps more\u200d alarmingly, the FBI supervisory special agent who \u200boffered this testimony also claims that the tip-off\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/desantis-removes-soros-supported-district-prosecutor-for-not-enforcing-law\/\" title=\"DeSantis ousts Soros-backed prosecutor for law noncompliance.\">ultimately \u2062led<\/a>\u2063 to the \u2064interview never happening.<\/p>\n<p>These \u200cwould be damning revelations, if proven true, and is just the \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/from-the-archives-1939-both-sides-must-deescalate-the-german-polish-conflict\/\" title=\"FROM THE ARCHIVES (1939): Both Sides Must Deescalate the German-Polish Conflict\">latest chapter<\/a> in the \u2064growing political headache\u200d that Hunter Biden is becoming for his reelection-seeking\u2064 father.<\/p>\n<h3>Recent Developments<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>First, \u2063on July 26, Hunter Biden\u200d had a notably \u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/inside-3-hour-hearing-destroyed-hunter-bidens-plea-deal-really-bad-everyone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disastrous day in court<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>What \u200dmany \u200ccritics were lambasting\u200c as something of a \u201csweetheart\u201d plea deal, Hunter\u200b and\u200b his legal \u2063team saw \u200cit fall apart over confusion on whether or not the first son would be receiving blanket immunity from \u200cfuture investigations (he was not.)<\/li>\n<li>When Hunter\u2019s legal team realized that blanket immunity would\u200c not, in fact, be a\u2063 part of this\u200b deal,\u2064 it\u2064 fell apart.<\/li>\n<li>It would\u2019ve otherwise\u200d seen Hunter Biden receive probation in\u200b exchange for \u200bpleading guilty to two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-lawyer-calls-irs-whistleblower-a-criminal\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Lawyer Calls IRS Whistleblower a Criminal\">misdemeanor tax charges<\/a>. It also would\u2019ve seen a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fbi-agent-drops-bombshell-about-biden-transition-team-secret-service-getting-tipped-off-on-hunter-biden-interview-plans\/\" title=\"FBI Agent reveals shocking news on Biden transition team and Secret Service tipped off on Hunter Biden interview plans.\">felony gun charge ultimately expunged<\/a> if certain \u200dconditions, such as \u2062sobriety, were\u2062 met.<\/li>\n<li>More recently, all \u200beyes were\u200c on the\u2062 Hunter\u200c Biden investigation again when \u200dAttorney General Merrick Garland\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/merrick-garland-announces-special-counsel-appointed-hunter-biden-probe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">appointed<\/a> Delaware U.S. Attorney David \u2064Weiss \u2062as special counsel on \u2062Friday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The move has largely been \u200bblasted by Biden\u2019s staunchest critics, such\u200d as \u200cformer President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-slams-hunter-biden-special-counsel-david-weiss-suggests-great-idea-replacement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donald Trump<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Those \u2062critics feel that Weiss\u2019\u200c appointment will \u2064effectively be a \u201cget \u2064out of jail \u200bfree\u201d-card\u2063 for the first son \u2014 and\u200d that\u2019s where \u200dthis latest Fox report alarmingly ties back in.<\/p>\n<p>According to the House\u2063 Committee\u2064 on Oversight \u200dand Accountability, this purported tip-off (which,\u2064 again, is \u2063alleged to\u2064 have canceled a \u2064planned interview) happened under Weiss\u2019s purview.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">  TRANSCRIPT RELEASE<\/p>\n<p>Today \u200cwe\u2019re releasing the former FBI supervisory special agent\u2019s transcript.
