at Kyle Rittenhouse, \u2064just before the latter shot three men in self-defense, killing Joseph Rosenbaum.<\/p>\n<p>A jury in 2021 cleared Mr. Rittenhouse of homicide, attempted homicide, and reckless endangerment\u2064 charges for the deaths of Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber, and the wounding of Gaige\u200b Grosskreutz.<\/p>\n<p>The jurors ultimately ruled that he acted in self-defense.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Rittenhouse was 17 when he brought a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bail-fund-praised-by-kamala-harris-has-twice-freed-the-same-rioter-he-was-just-charged-again\/\" title=\"Bail Fund Praised By Kamala Harris Has Twice Freed The Same Rioter. He Was Just Charged Again.\">semi-automatic rifle<\/a> and a medical kit to Kenosha, in \u200dwhat \u2062he said was an \u200battempt to protect local \u200dbusinesses as riots broke out after police \u2062shot \u2064Jacob Blake.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Rittenhouse was also accused of being\u200c a white supremacist\u2062 by \u200cthe \u2064left, \u2063despite having\u2063 no connections to any such organizations or holding that particular ideology.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Mr. Ziminski was out on bail for his involvement in the riots when \u2064he and his wife went on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/genderfluid-ex-biden-official-sam-brinton-stole-luggage-while-on-taxpayer-funded-trip\/\" title=\"Ex-Biden Official Sam Brinton Accused of Luggage Theft on Taxpayer-Funded Trip\">crime \u2063spree<\/a> that got them hit with seven felony \u2063charges.<\/p>\n<p>The original \u2064charges included: Felony Armed Robbery, Felony Armed Burglary, \u2064Felony False Imprisonment, Felony Intimidation of \u200dVictim, Felony \u2064ID Theft,\u200b and Misdemeanor Battery.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ziminski was separately charged with Felony Bail-Jumping, while his \u200cwife was hit with Probation Hold.<\/p>\n<h2>Ziminskis\u200d Beat and Rob Man After Accusations of Abuse<\/h2>\n<p>The charges arose from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-president-trump-gives-pardons-to-73-individuals-and-commutes-another-70-sentences-steve-bannon-is-included\/\" title=\"BREAKING: President Trump Gives Pardons to 73 Individuals and Commutes Another 70 Sentences \u2013 Steve Bannon Is Included\">crime committed<\/a> on Aug. 26, 2022, when a \u2064victim identified \u200dthe \u200bcouple as two of three people who\u200b had attempted \u2063to rob him that \u2062morning.<\/p>\n<p>The victim accused Mr. Ziminski \u2062of ordering him out of his house and into his truck while armed with a knife.<\/p>\n<p>After\u2063 being \u200cdriven to several ATMs where\u2063 his account would\u2063 not release any money, the victim escaped to \u200ba gas station where he\u2064 called \u200c911.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/boeing-agrees-to-2-5b-settlement-over-737-max-crashes\/\" title=\"Boeing agrees to .5B settlement over 737 MAX crashes\">court documents<\/a>, the man claimed \u200dthat the Ziminskis and their \u2064accomplice, &#8220;threatened to kill him and bury him in a basement where no one would find him.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Ziminski claimed that they\u200c were trying to get $200 \u2063that\u2064 the man owed her \u2063for cleaning\u200b his house.<\/p>\n<p>She \u2063accused the victim of\u200b hitting her and sexually assaulting her while cleaning his residence and went outside to tell \u2062her\u2062 husband, who promptly hit\u200c the man.<\/p>\n<p>She said that they \u200cand a \u2063friend whom \u2064they would not name,\u2062 then drove around to \u200cATMs and both denied that anyone\u2063 had a\u2064 weapon.<\/p>\n<h2>Couple Accused of Setting Fires During 2020 Riots<\/h2>\n<p>Kelly was already on\u200b probation and Joshua was out on bond, \u200cpending trial for charges of Arson (Felony), Disorderly Conduct \/ Use of a Dangerous Weapon (Misdemeanor<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A couple from Racine, Wisconsin, who were previously charged for their involvement in the Antifa-linked Kenosha riots in 2020, have now been sentenced for a robbery in 2022.
