MSNBC <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/media\/the-media-throw-hunter-biden-under-the-bus-to-save-the-big-guy\/\">admitted<\/a> last month that\u2062 Hunter Biden&#8217;s actions were\u200d &#8220;obviously unseemly and \u200dproblematic&#8221; \u200band &#8220;profiteering.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty \u2063to tax crime \u200dcharges\u200c last month after\u2064 a federal judge <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/justice-department-agrees-to-grant-hunter-biden-broad-legal-immunity-in-new-plea-agreement\/\">rejected<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/hunter-biden-felony-gun-charge-tax-charges\/\">plea deal<\/a> \u2063 he made with the \u2063Justice Department that would have seen \u200chim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/doj-asks-hunter-bidens-ex-business-partner-devon-archer-to-set-date-to-report-to-jail\/\" title=\"DOJ requests Devon Archer, Hunter Biden's former business partner, to schedule jail reporting date.\">avoid prison \u2062time<\/a>.\u2064 He \u200cis \u2064accused of failing to pay taxes on millions \u200dof\u2062 dollars\u200c from overseas dealings.<\/p>\n<p>Had the deal gone through, \u200bHunter Biden would \u200bhave pleaded guilty\u2063 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/presidents-son-gets-sweetheart-deal-from-feds-on-gun-tax-charges\/\" title=\"President\u2019s Son Gets Sweetheart Deal From Feds on Gun, Tax Charges\">misdemeanor tax crimes<\/a> and received immunity on a broad range\u200d of\u200d criminal\u200c charges, \u2063but \u2062federal judge Maryellen Noreika <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/justice-department-agrees-to-grant-hunter-biden-broad-legal-immunity-in-new-plea-agreement\/\">took issue<\/a> with the broad immunity\u2062 the \u200dfirst son would have\u2062 won through the deal. She told prosecutors and Biden&#8217;s legal team last month \u2063to craft a new one.
