Deletes It<\/h2>\n<p>A Georgia court briefly published\u2064 a document on Monday that showed what appear \u2063to \u200dbe\u2064 charges\u200b filed against former \u2063President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>The document was \u200btaken down, \u2063but not\u200b before people took\u200b screenshots that purportedly showed\u2062 13\u2062 charges against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/roger-stone-says-indictment-trump-disqualifies-nearly-voters-dc-serving-jury\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a>, including felony conspiracy counts and a violation\u2064 of the state\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/suit-accuses-chinese-retailer-rico-violation-activities-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RICO<\/a> statute.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-issues-new-rule-to-help-disabled-access-state-and-local-government-online-services\/\" title=\"Biden introduces rule to enhance disabled access to online government services.\">court website<\/a> in Fulton County, Georgia, where \u200cTrump has \u2063been investigated since 2021 for alleged \u200ccrimes related to challenging the\u2064 state\u2019s 2020 \u2064election results, did not explain the document or its deletion.<\/p>\n<p>The document was dated Aug. 14 \u2063and listed\u200d Fulton County Judge Rachelle Carnesale and had a\u2063 status of \u201copen.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Georgia court \u200bwebsite briefly published, then removed a document\u2063 about for \u201cViolation Of The Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt \u200cOrganizations) Act,\u201d as well as\u2064 \u201cSolicitation of Violation of Oath by Public Officer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Charges of \u200dconspiracy listed in the document include conspiracy to commit \u201cimpersonating a public officer,\u201d as well as \u201cforgery,\u201d making \u201cfalse statements\u201d and \u201cfiling false documents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u200bdates of the\u2064 alleged offenses laid out in\u200d the deleted document range from November 2020 to September 2021.<\/p>\n<p>It is widely believed Trump will be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/georgia-prosecutor-expected-seek-dozen-indictments-next-week-trump-case-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">indicted<\/a> by District\u200d Attorney Fani Willis, who has been investigating him for two \u200cyears.<\/p>\n<p>Her investigation stems\u200b from Trump\u2019s challenging of the rel=\"noopener\">Georgia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Willis \u2062ordered judges in the county to clear their calendars for the middle of August, and Sheriff <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/streets-around-courthouse-shut-rumors-another-trump-indictment-grow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patrick Labat<\/a> has closed off streets around the courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>Labat previously stated he had sent deputies to arraignments in other Trump indictments this year in \u200cthe case of an indictment by Willis.<\/p>\n<p>Labat also said if Trump was indicted he would be\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/democrat-sheriff-sounds-giddy-getting-mugshot-trump-mugshot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fingerprinted and
