The filing\u200c was quickly \u2063taken\u200b down, as the grand jury \u2064had not finished voting on a \u2064possible indictment.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>A Fulton \u2064County grand jury \u2063began hearing from witnesses early Monday. The <a href=\"https:\/\/fingfx.thomsonreuters.com\/gfx\/legaldocs\/gdpzwwwqyvw\/Details.pdf\">two-page court filing<\/a> suggested\u2064 that Fulton County District \u200dAttorney Fani Willis will seek a handful of charges against the 45<sup>th<\/sup> president \u2063including Violation of the Georgia RICO Act, Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer, among other things.\u200d The document was dated August 14, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Reuters initially reported\u200d the\u200b charges and then\u200b obtained the document.
