Version: 4.0.47--><h2>This is the message Republicans need to keep pounding all the way to Election Day.<\/h2>\n<p>While Democratic prosecutors aim to\u2062 disable former President Donald Trump and corrupt the \u200bU.S. system of justice from local courts to\u200b the nation\u2019s capital, the 800-pound gorilla\u2063 of\u2062 American politics keeps getting bigger.<\/p>\n<p>And in an appearance on Fox News\u2019\u2064 \u201cHannity\u201d on Friday, Texas Sen. \u200cTed\u200b Cruz put it perfectly.<\/p>\n<p>If President Joe Biden is as\u200d guilty\u2064 as \u2062he increasingly appears \u2014 of selling out his \u200coffice and \u200dhis country for millions of dollars \u2014 he deserves much worse than impeachment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNeither the corporate media nor any congressional Democrat cares at\u200d all\u2062 about whether the \u200cpresident of the United States \u200dreceived\u200d millions of dollars of bribes from foreign nationals,\u201d\u200d Cruz told Hannity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe allegations are bribery: It wasn\u2019t just \u200cHunter Biden selling \u2018access.\u2019 \u2062It was Hunter selling official favors from his\u200d father, Joe Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There\u2064 was a\u200c time not too long ago that an allegation like\u2062 that against the sitting United States president would have inflamed the national media.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the appearance here:<\/p>\n<p>Watch the \u200blatest video at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\">foxnews.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anyone who\u2019s followed \u200cpolitics for the past decade knows\u2064 Cruz is as partisan as a politician can come \u2014 the last man left standing to challenge Trump in the 2016 GOP primary, he\u2019s \u200dno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/john-kasich-kowtows-democrats-now-wants-trump-impeached\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">John Kasich<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But this is no partisan issue \u2014 and Cruz wasn\u2019t speaking as \u2064a Republican. \u200dHe was speaking as every\u200d American \u2014 regardless of \u200dparty affiliation \u2014 should \u200dbe feeling.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the Republican House majority and the \u2064efforts of Iowa Republican <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/grassleys-bribe-recordings-revelation-bad-news-biden-even-worse-fbi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sen.\u2062 Chuck Grassley<\/a>, evidence is accruing \u2063that Joe and Hunter Biden and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-3-biden-scandals-youre-not-hearing-about\/\" title=\"The 3 Biden Scandals You\u2019re Not Hearing About\">numerous family members<\/a> were engaged in the kind of racketeering\u200b and \u2063bribery\u200c that was worse \u2062than anything Democrats tried to\u2062 manufacture to destroy the Trump presidency.<\/p>\n<p>As former\u2062 Hunter Biden\u2062 business\u2062 partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-put-vp-dad-phone-least-2-dozen-calls-overseas-biz-associates-ex-partner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Devon Archer<\/a> testified to\u2064 the House Oversight \u2062Committee in July, then-vice President Joe \u200dBiden was a regular part of meetings with his son\u2019s business benefactors, available\u2063 via telephone or in-person when Hunter needed to show off his sway with the government of the most \u200bpowerful nation on earth.<\/p>\n<p>But as Cruz pointed out, there is more than just \u201cinfluence,\u201d at\u200d stake now.\u200b Biden \u200bstands\u200b accused \u2014 \u200bas Americans\u200c who don\u2019t rely on \u2062the establishment media for news already know \u2014 of taking millions of dollars from\u2063 foreign \u2064nationals.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you think Biden is guilty of \u2064bribery?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Yes<\/li>\n<li>No<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And in at least one\u200b case,\u200d when the Ukrainian energy company Burisma\u200b needed to get rid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/house-oversight-committee-releases-full-devon-archer-transcript-page-45-looks-bad-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">of a prosecutor<\/a> investigating its executives for \u2064corruption,\u200d those Burisma suits \u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/devon-archer-bombshell-hunter-biden-called-dc-get-ukrainian-prosecutor-investigating-burisma-fired\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">knew where to turn<\/a> \u2014 the son of the vice president, whom they employed at the \u2064ludicrous salary of at least \u2064$50,000 a month.<\/p>\n<p>Joe \u200dBiden himself has bragged about using U.S.\u200c taxpayer dollars to get the prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, fired.<\/p>\n<p>There is no question that Biden did so. He\u2019s \u2062on video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=UXA--dj2-CY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">literally bragging about it<\/a> at a Council\u200d on Foreign Relations seminar in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment media narrative \u2062is that Shokin was actually the corrupt one, and that Biden was standing for all that is good and beautiful and true (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/politics\/2019\/10\/03\/what-really-happened-when-biden-forced-out-ukraines-top-prosecutor\/3785620002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USA\u2064 Today\u2019s take<\/a> in 2019, citing \u200b\u201csources ranging from the Obama administration to an anti-corruption advocate in Ukraine\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>But Archer told a different story \u2014 under oath.<\/p>\n<p>Archer\u2019s story is backed up by \u2062statements a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/10-scandals-to-watch-in-2023\/\" title=\"10 Scandals to Look Out For in 2023\">confidential source gave<\/a> the FBI \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bombshell-fbi-doc-source-said-burisma-leaders-claimed-pay-10-million-joe-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">memorialized on a document<\/a> the FBI calls an FD-1023 form \u2014 who said Joe\u2063 Biden and Hunter Biden were each paid $5 million \u201cpresumably to \u2018deal \u2063with Shokin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And that, Cruz told Hannity, could be enough \u2063to send \u2064both Bidens to prison.<\/p>\n<p>The Texas senator then cited the FBI\u2019s 1023 form and its\u200d allegation of\u2063 $10 million\u200d changing hands.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe essence of \u2064bribery is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ted-cruz-says-biden-shouldnt-just-be-impeached-he-should-go-to-prison-if-he-did-this\/\" title=\"Cruz: Biden must face prison, not just impeachment.\">quid \u200dpro quo<\/a>. We remember \u200dfrom the first Trump impeachment \u2026 \u2018quid pro \u2062quo\u2019 is Latin for \u2018this for that.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBribery\u2062 is \u200bpaying someone something of\u200b value in\u2064 exchange for an official favor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe \u2018quo\u2019 we know happened \u2063because \u2026\u200d Joe Biden has\u2062 confessed to \u200dit in a video interview where he said he went to Ukraine, \u2064he held hostage\u2062 $1 billion\u2063 in U.S.\u00a0loan guarantees, and \u2064demanded of the\u2062 Ukrainian government \u2018fire\u2064 the prosecutor that is investigating Burisma and investigating\u200c the oligarch.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know\u2062 the \u2018quo\u2019 \u2063happened. The only question was whether, \u2018did the quid happen.?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDid they pay \u2062$10 million\u2064 for [Biden] to do so. \u2062If so, Joe\u200d Biden is guilty of bribery. Hunter is guilty of selling bribes, selling official favors from \u2063his father.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd \u200bif that is the case. Joe Biden should be impeached. He should\u2063 be removed from office. But there\u2019s no denying \u2062that \u200cthe \u2062pressure is building \u2014 even Attorney \u2064General \u200cMerrick Garland\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/top-republicans-immediately-blast-appointment-david-weiss-hunter-biden-special-counsel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">farcical appointment<\/a> of a special\u200c prosecutor\u200b with a documented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-slams-hunter-biden-special-counsel-david-weiss-suggests-great-idea-replacement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">record of covering up<\/a> for the Bidens is a signal \u2062that not everything is going according to the Democratic\u2063 playbook.<\/p>\n<p>And \u200bthe reason for that is \u200csimple.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing in the so-called \u201cSteele\u200c dossier\u201d ever came \u200dclose\u200b to accusing Trump \u2064of something so serious, but the establishment media organizations that pursued every jot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/media-will-not-pay-steele-dossier-mistake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">of that hoax<\/a> have no interest in finding out\u2062 if the now-president \u200bof the United States had used taxpayer money for\u2063 an international shakedown that added to his personal wealth by $5 million and\u2062 his\u2063 son\u2019s\u200d by another $5 million.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t a spurious fantasy from anonymous sources about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fbi-warned-evidence-used-justify-spying-trump-camp-russian-disinformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump cavorting with prostitutes<\/a>, the kind \u200bof \u200bsalacious story that titillates the degraded\u200c press corps.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an \u2062accusation, on the record in the Archer case, by \u200da credible FBI informant in \u200bthe FD-1023 case, that\u200b the man who\u2019s currently in the Oval Office betrayed both the office of the vice presidency and the country he was\u200c supposed to be serving.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also an implicit \u200baccusation that \u2064the party\u200c he leads, the political party that holds a majority in the United States Senate and \u200ba substantial\u2064 minority in the House \u2062of Representatives, literally \u200c <em>does not care<\/em> if the \u200dman who\u2019s now the president has sold his soul to foreign crooks.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2062 Democratic Party has spent the first decades of the 21st century \u2062proving \u2014 more palpably every year \u2014 that it has nothing but thinly veiled, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/study-democrats-support-violence-rising-especially-involving-recent-scotus-ruling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cynical contempt<\/a> for the United States of America as\u200c an idea, and open, bottomless \u2064contempt for Americans who still \u200bbelieve in \u2062their country.<\/p>\n<p>Whether that party will continue to drive the\u200c country on \u200ba course of philosophical and \u2064practical suicide is at stake in 2024, from school board\u2063 races to the presidency.<\/p>\n<p>If\u2063 Biden is guilty \u2014 as increasingly seems to be the case \u2014 simple impeachment is too good for him,\u200c and his\u2063 son.<\/p>\n<p>And \u2063his political\u200d party needs to pay the price, too.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the message Republicans need to hammer.
