She remains committed to fulfilling this promise\u200c and stated that the work \u200cis already\u2064 accomplished.<\/p>\n<h2>Trump&#8217;s Legal Battles Amid Reelection Bid<\/h2>\n<p>President Trump is currently campaigning\u2062 for a\u2064 return to the White House.\u2064 However, he faces several criminal \u2062cases\u200d that\u200b were not present during his 2016 campaign. The hush money case will \u2064commence\u200c on March 25, 2024, \u200cin the\u2062 New York state \u200dcourt.\u2062 The start date for\u2064 the Jan. 6 election case is yet \u2064to \u200bbe \u2062determined, although Special Counsel Jack Smith&#8217;s office has requested it to begin as early as Jan. \u20622 next year.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, two civil lawsuits against President Trump\u200b are set to go to\u2062 trial in \u200dthe coming months. In October, New York Attorney General Letitia James will pursue a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/former-georgia-lt-governor-to-testify-before-grand-jury-as-trump-indictment-looms\/\" title=\"Ex-Georgia Lt. Jean Carroll&#8217;s defamation claim will take place, stemming from her\u200b allegations of sexual assault by Trump \u200bin\u200b the mid-1990s.<\/p>\n<h2>Judge Issues Gag Order<\/h2>\n<p>U.S. District\u200c Judge \u200bfor the District\u2063 of Columbia Tanya Chutkan \u2063recently opposed prosecutors&#8217; request to prevent former President Donald Trump from revealing non-sensitive evidence provided to him ahead of \u200cthe trial\u2064 on whether he conspired to obstruct the counting \u2062of the \u200d2020 electoral\u200c votes.
