The evidence continues to mount\u2063 by the day \u2013 the \u2062Biden Crime Family has personally profited off \u2064Joe\u2019s government positions \u200bthrough bribery, threats, and fraud. Joe Biden must\u200d not be allowed to\u200b continue to sit in the White House, selling out our country.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Stuebe filed four articles of impeachment.<\/p>\n<p>The first article accuses the\u200b president of abuse of\u2062 power by \u201cbribery, Hobbs Act extortion, and honest services fraud.\u201d The charges of the article stem from the president\u2019s alleged involvement with the Biden family\u2019s business dealings.\u200d  <\/p>\n<p>The representative stated that \u201cHunter and James [Biden] appear to have\u2062 promised official actions by Joe Biden in\u200b return for payments and business opportunities from foreign and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kevin-mccarthy-jim-jordan-and-james-comer-well-investigate-bidens-shady-business-dealings-when-republicans-take-the-house-in-november\/\" title=\"Kevin McCarthy, Jim Jordan and James Comer: We\u2019ll Investigate Bidens\u2019 Shady Business Dealings When Republicans Take the House in November\">domestic business partners<\/a>. Joe Biden assisted by making appearances, phone calls, meeting with the \u2018business partners,\u2019 and knowingly allowing his family members to promise access to\u200b him and actions by him in furtherance of these schemes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Article two charges obstruction of\u2062 justice citing the recent IRS whistleblowers\u2019 testimony that alleges members of the Biden campaign \u2064had \u201cimproperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials\u2062 to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have \u2062been committed by Hunter Biden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Article three charges Fraud.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cJames Biden recruited \u2018investors\u2019 for business ventures \u2063that ultimately failed,\u201d the document read. \u2064\u201cThere is evidence to suggest that these investment opportunities were sold to\u2064 investors based on false and fraudulent pretenses and promises. Access to Joe Biden and indications that Joe Biden supported these schemes were used to lure investors \u200binto the schemes.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The \u2063last article accuses the president of \u201cfinancial involvement in drug and prostitution,\u201d claiming that between 2010 and 2019, the\u200d president comingled finances with Hunter, and that thousands of dollars from the\u200d Biden family were spent on Hunter\u2019s illegal drug transactions and prostitution.<\/p>\n<p>The White House has maintained that the suggestions of Biden being removed from the office are ridiculous. <\/p>\n<p>The move by Steube jumps ahead of several congressional\u2062 committees that have been working on a longer case \u200dto remove the \u2062president from office.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
