Nikola is\u2063 currently in the process of contacting all parties involved, according to a spokesperson for\u2064 the company.<\/p>\n<p>The preliminary findings of the probe,\u200c conducted by a third-party investigator, were confirmed on Thursday when \u200ca &#8220;minor thermal incident&#8221; occurred on one pack of\u2064 a parked engineering-validation truck. Fortunately, no one was injured.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Foul\u200b play or other \u2063external factors\u200d were unlikely\u200b to \u2063have caused the incident,&#8221; stated Nikola in a press release. The\u2062 company is now working on finding a solution to the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Nikola\u2062 initiated the \u200binvestigation in June after trucks at its\u200b Phoenix, Arizona, headquarters caught fire.
