Version: 4.0.47--><div data-post-content=\"true\" class=\"post_content\" id=\"post_content\">\n<h2>The Hidden Truth\u2063 Behind the COVID-19 \u200bOutbreak at CDC Conference<\/h2>\n<p>The COVID-19 \u2063outbreak among vaccinated people that broke out\u200c at a conference held by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control\u200d and Prevention\u2062 (CDC) \u2062was bigger than disclosed, according\u200c to files obtained \u200dby The Epoch Times.<\/p>\n<p>After the \u200coutbreak <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/most-infected-in-covid-outbreak-at-cdc-were-vaccinated-agency-confirms-5297678\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">took place<\/a> in April, the CDC reported results from surveys sent to attendees.<\/p>\n<p>The CDC said that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-vaccinated-outbreak-at-cdc-conference-bigger-than-reported\/\" title=\"Larger Vaccinated Outbreak at CDC Conference Revealed\">181 respondents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-doctor-says-bidens-covid-symptoms-have-improved\/\" title=\"White House Doctor Says Biden's COVID Symptoms Have Improved\">reported testing positive<\/a><\/a> for COVID-19.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Related Stories<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n        <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/los-angeles-county-ends-covid-vaccine-mandate-for-healthcare-workers-5460873\">Los Angeles County Ends \u2062COVID\u200b Vaccine Mandate for Healthcare\u2064 Workers<\/a><br \/>\n        <br \/>\n        <span class=\"text-[14px] leading-[18px] text-[#737373]\">8\/11\/2023<\/span>\n      <\/li>\n<li>\n        <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/growing-number-of-leprosy-cases-reported-after-covid-19-vaccination-5454131\">Growing Number of Leprosy Cases Reported \u2063After COVID-19 Vaccination<\/a><br \/>\n        <br \/>\n        <span class=\"text-[14px] leading-[18px] text-[#737373]\">8\/9\/2023<\/span>\n      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But that number was actually 183, according to the newly obtained files.<\/p>\n<p>The public health agency\u2064 also \u2063failed to disclose that hundreds of attendees did not \u200cget tested, even some who experienced symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Some 601 attendees who responded to the \u200bsurvey\u2064 said they did not get tested for\u2063 COVID-19, the files show, including 34 who reported experiencing COVID-like symptoms, being ill, or both.<\/p>\n<p>The CDC \u2064did not respond to a request for comment.<\/p>\n<h2>Vaccinated Person Went to Emergency Room<\/h2>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/media\/releases\/2023\/s0526-eis.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a> on the outbreak, which only affected vaccinated people, the CDC emphasized that no attendee reported being hospitalized.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;None of \u2064the 181 people \u2062who\u2064 reported testing positive were hospitalized,&#8221;\u200c the agency said.<\/p>\n<p>The agency did not mention that one of the vaccinated people suffered such severe symptoms that they went to the emergency room, according to the newly obtained files.<\/p>\n<p>The agency had \u2064claimed that, despite the outbreak, the survey results &#8220;underline the importance of vaccination for protecting individuals against severe illness \u2063and death related to COVID-19.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The CDC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/vaccines\/stay-up-to-date.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has recommended<\/a> COVID-19 vaccination for virtually \u200call people since late 2020, when the\u200c vaccines were first authorized. Some experts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/doctor-calls-for-withdrawal-of-pfizer-moderna-covid-19-vaccines-following-new-research-4975379\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">have said<\/a> the \u200brisks appear to \u200coutweigh the benefits\u200c for certain or all\u2063 populations, a number of doctors\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/growing-number-of-doctors-say-they-wont-get-covid-19-booster-shots-5019786\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">have said<\/a> they themselves will not get\u200d booster\u2063 shots due to lack of clinical trial \u2064evidence, and recent data\u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/covid-vaccinated-more-likely-to-be-hospitalized-cdc-data-5335428\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">indicate<\/a> the vaccines don&#8217;t \u200dprotect for very long against severe illness.<\/p>\n<h2>Took Drugs<\/h2>\n<p>The conference took place from \u2063April 24 to April 27 at a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, where the CDC is headquartered.\u200d About 1,800 people, \u200dincluding some CDC employees, attended the\u200c conference.<\/p>\n<p>CDC officials created a survey and sent it to attendees for details on \u200da COVID-19 outbreak that developed during the conference. More than 80 percent, or 1,443 attendees, responded.<\/p>\n<p>All but\u2063 eight people\u2062 said they had received a COVID-19 vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>The CDC confirmed previously that all respondents who reported testing positive had received a vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees were also\u2064 asked\u200b to report the level of health care they sought. Options included receiving antiviral medication, finding \u2062outpatient care, going to an emergency room, and being hospitalized. People could\u2062 tick more \u2064than one \u2063answer.<\/p>\n<p>No attendees reported being hospitalized.<\/p>\n<p>Forty-nine people said they found outpatient care\u2062 or consulted with\u2064 a medical professional remotely, known as telehealth. And 53 said they took an antiviral medication.<\/p>\n<p>Also, 278 \u200cpeople said that they became ill but\u2063 chose not to seek any level of health care.<\/p>\n<h2>Many With Bivalent<\/h2>\n<p>Many of the attendees had received a new COVID-19 vaccine, the files indicate.<\/p>\n<p>Of those responding, 958 said they&#8217;d received their most recent dose in September 2022 or later.<\/p>\n<p>Updated COVID-19 vaccines were cleared without trial data in August 2022, recommended for nearly all Americans by the CDC, and \u200brolled out in September 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities are poised to clear and recommend another batch of new vaccines this fall, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/stay-protected-cdc-doubles-down-on-plans-to-recommend-annual-covid-19-shots-5456732\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to the CDC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Pattern of\u200d Misleading on Breakthrough Metrics<\/h2>\n<p>The failure to report \u200dthe emergency room \u2063visit and note \u2062that hundreds of \u2062attendees did not get tested fits the CDC&#8217;s pattern of misleading on so<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/reports-233-health-workers-in-san-francisco-get-breakthrough-covid\/\" title=\"Reports: 233 health workers in San Francisco get \u2018breakthrough COVID\u2019\">-called breakthrough cases<\/a>, hospitalizations, \u200dand deaths, or metrics\u2062 among the vaccinated.<\/p>\n<p>The CDC&#8217;s\u200d now-former director, for instance, falsely said on television in the spring \u200dof 2021 that vaccinated people would not get \u200csick or transmit COVID-19.
