But since\u200d it\u2019s Friday, it\u2019s worth acknowledging something everyone\u200d knows deep down, which is that\u2062 there are a few\u200c things about it that are, if we\u2019re being\u200c honest, pretty\u2063 funny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Here\u2019s\u2062 one of them. Most jurisdictions in this country used\u2064 to consider\u200b it\u200b a serious offense to\u2063 lie and call someone \u201cgay.\u201d If\u200d someone was straight, and you started spreading rumors\u2064 that\u200d they\u2019re secretly \u2062gay, then until very \u2064recently, New York courts would punish you for that without a second thought. They\u2019d call it \u201cdefamation per se.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But in 2021, all that changed. A New York appeals \u2064court <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/feature\/nbc-out\/falsely-claiming-someone-gay-no-longer-defamation-se-n-y-n1254175\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ruled<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  that, actually, you can call people gay all you want, and it\u2019s not necessarily\u200c defamatory. Why? Because according to \u2062New York court judges, if you lie and call someone gay,\u2064 if anything, you\u2019re probably *improving* their reputation in the community, rather than harming it. That\u2019s because being gay has become a\u2062 status \u2062symbol, at least in\u200d places like\u200d Manhattan. So, suggesting someone is secretly \u201cgay\u201d is like calling someone a\u200c multimillionaire. It\u2019s \u2063a compliment, whether it\u2019s true or not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It\u2019s kind of amusing when \u200dyou \u2064think about it. New\u2064 York is now so woke\u2062 that gay slurs, at least in some cases, \u200dare now acceptable.\u2063 In that respect,\u2063 strangely enough, New\u2062 York is quite different \u2064from, say, the\u200b United \u200dKingdom, another hotbed of leftism. \u200cOver there, they don\u2019t take kindly to unfounded accusations of \u200dhomosexuality. \u2064 <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Arrested for Comparing a Police Officer to a\u200c Lesbian Relative<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We know that because, this week,\u2063 a team of\u2064 police officers in Leeds raided the home of a 16-year-old autistic girl\u2063 suffering from scoliosis. \u2062The girl\u2019s crime? She said that \u200bone\u2064 of the\u200d officers\u200c looked like her lesbian relative. That\u2019s all this girl did. She didn\u2019t even imply it was bad to \u2063be\u2064 a lesbian, \u2064in any way. And for that, cops dragged her away. Here\u2019s what that arrest looked like:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is what the British\u2064 empire\u2063 has \u2063become. \u200dThey used to rule the\u2062 world. Now they\u200b scramble\u2064 half the police\u2063 department in response to \u200da teenager who says, \u201chey, you look like my\u200c lesbian nana.\u201d It\u2019s quite a fall \u200bfrom grace,\u2064 especially given that \u200bthe police officer in \u200bquestion, if we\u2019re being honest, could definitely pass as a lesbian.\u200c Whether \u200dshe\u2019s trying to \u2063look that way or not, it\u2019s a convincing display. And, at least in civilized progressive utopias like\u200d New York, they celebrate that kind of thing. The UK obviously \u2062hasn\u2019t thought this all the way \u2062through. By arresting autistic kids who say that women who look like lesbians, look like lesbians,\u200b they\u2019re sending the message \u200bthat looking \u2064like a lesbian is a bad thing. A horrendous insult. But that\u2019s the opposite \u2062of what the UK intends to do here. Really they\u2019re trying to elevate LGBT \u2063people to\u2064 a special, sacred status,\u2064 and protect their feelings with the force\u2062 of law \u2014 \u200ceven if it means\u2063 dragging a teenage girl to jail, kicking and screaming.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/episode\/ep-1203-the-matt-walsh-show\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WATCH: The Matt Walsh\u200b Show<\/a><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But the truth is, the United States isn\u2019t far from \u200dbecoming the U.K, where children are sent to \u2063prison for\u2062 offending the government. What happened to that\u200d girl \u2064in the U.K. \u200dis quickly becoming\u2064 a hallmark of so-called western democracies. Recently\u2063 in Canada,\u200b for example, a pastor was arrested \u200bfor the crime of protesting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/minnesota-teacher-praises-transgender-activist-sex-worker-in-front-of-middle-schoolers\/\" title=\"Minnesota Teacher Praises Transgender Activist, Sex Worker In Front Of Middle Schoolers\">drag queens<\/a> who\u200c were trying to indoctrinate \u200dchildren. Watch this news report carefully, because \u200dit\u2019s\u2063 one of the most incredible clips \u2063you\u2019ll \u200dever see:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThere should never be an issue with safety,\u201d says the\u200b woman.\u200c <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cPolice are \u200dquestioning \u200bif\u200d the events are safe,\u201d says the reporter.<br \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meanwhile, they show footage of the \u200cmob\u200d throwing the pastor to the ground. The message is pretty \u2062clear. By \u2064\u201csafety,\u201d they mean:\u200d you don\u2019t get to question their \u200bviews. You don\u2019t get to \u2062object when they sexualize children. If you do, you\u2019ll get \u2063attacked and thrown in jail. That\u2019s what\u2063 they mean when they say \u201csafety.\u201d Safety no longer means \u2062safety in\u200c the \u200btraditional sense. For a \u200clong\u200d time now it has\u2063 meant something closer to emotional comfort. To\u200d be \u201csafe\u201d \u200cis to feel good, it is to have nice feelings, and anyone who \u2064causes you to have not-nice feelings, and feel not-good, is compromising your safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This has \u200bbeen true in Canada for a while. A \u2064couple of years ago, a man who\u2062 was down\u200d on \u2063his luck\u2062 went on a \u2062rant at the office of his local member of parliament, a woman \u200cnamed\u200b Catherine McKenna.\u2064 Here\u2019s what he said:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So, he yells a \u2064few\u2064 harsh words, including a few that were bleeped out. Makes some\u200c valid points as well, we should \u200dadmit. But he never made any violent threats. For that, \u200bCatherine McKenna <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/news\/canada\/ottawa\/hate-crime-obscenities-catherine-mckenna-office-1.5680926\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">called<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  for a hate crimes\u2063 investigation, and authorities opened one. You see, in Canada, no one\u2019s\u200d allowed\u200c to say \u2064mean things to politicians. You can\u200d call conservatives \u201cwhite\u200b supremacists\u201d all\u200d you want, \u2064but don\u2019t you dare attack the\u2063 people in power. \u2064In a free country \u2014 which Canada, of course, \u200cisn\u2019t \u2014 cussing out\u2064 politicians \u200cwould be considered a virtuous act. A way to keep \u2062our leaders humble\u200c and on their toes. But\u2063 in Canada, it\u2019s \u200ca\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-high-school-teacher-comes-under-fire-after-displaying-multiple-nazi-flags-inside-the-classroom\/\" title=\"California High School Teacher Comes Under Fire After Displaying Multiple Nazi Flags Inside The Classroom\">potential hate crime<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We\u2019d like\u2063 to think \u2063these\u2064 attacks on freedom of speech couldn\u2019t happen here, but the truth is, \u2063they\u2019re \u2063already happening. They\u2019re just not getting much coverage.\u200b Recently\u2064 in Watertown, Wisconsin, police\u2063 arrested\u2064 a young Christian man for simply reading the bible, on the sidewalk, in the\u2064 vicinity of a \u201cpublic drag \u2064event.\u201d Watch:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">US \u2013 Where freedom of speech, religion,\u200c opinion \u200cand thought is now dead.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLove your neighbour \u2064as yourself\u201d as quoted from the\u2063 bible, \u200bis\u200d considered \u200bhate speech and the young man is arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Read that again. But we don\u2019t live in a \u200dcountry\u200c that cares about that sort of thing anymore. \u200bMarcus Schroeder,\u200d the man who was arrested for reading the bible, later \u200dspoke to the city council about\u200c what had happened. \u2062Watch what he said:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anyone \u2062watching that \u2064man speak knows that he\u2019s a far better person \u200cto have around\u2062 children, than \u200cmen\u200b pretending to be women who talk to kids about their sexual fantasies. But Marcus Schroeder was arrested,\u200c and the drag queens were\u2064 able to continue indoctrinating children, as the mothers\u200d of \u200dthese \u2062children looked on approvingly. It\u2019s the same thing that happens in Canada. Preach the gospel, go to jail.\u200b Preach perversion, and the police protect you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In \u200cmany states in this country, this will soon become the norm. A\u2063 bill that recently passed in the Michigan state house, called HB 4474, would make it a hate crime to cause someone to quote \u201cfeel \u2063terrorized, frightened, or threatened.\u201d The \u2064bill specifies that \u201csexual \u200borientation\u201d and \u201cgender identity\u2062 or expression\u201d are protected \u200bclasses. If\u2064 you\u2062 make someone \u201cfeel threatened\u201d because of their \u2062gender identity, you can\u2062 go to prison for \u200cfive \u200cyears.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What does it \u2062mean to make someone \u201cfeel threatened\u201d because of their\u2064 gender identity?\u2064 You know the answer to that\u2063 question. Trans activists have been \u2062screaming for years, \u2062at \u2063maximum volume \u2014 unless you \u200caffirm their delusions, then you\u2019re committing \u2062\u201cliteral \u2062violence.\u201d You\u2019re engaging in\u200d genocide. So,\u2062 yes, this bill means \u2063that if you refuse to \u2063lie about basic facts of \u2063biology in the state of Michigan, \u200bthen\u200d you\u2019ll go to jail, just like\u200b that girl in Britain. They\u2019ll haul\u2064 you out \u2063of your home \u200band arrest you for telling the truth \u2014 just like\u200d they\u2063 did to that autistic girl in Britain. They will take the \u2062fight to you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If \u2064you \u200bdon\u2019t believe\u200c that, consider\u2062 what happened on Wednesday to an elderly man in Utah named Craig Robertson. Robertson was obese and\u200d used a cane to get \u2062around. He went to church \u2063on Sundays and took care \u2062of his blind son. But he\u200d also\u2064 liked\u200d to \u200cpost angry memes and comments on social media, mocking and threatening Joe Biden, Kamala\u200b Harris, and other\u2062 random political\u2064 figures. In\u200c response to\u2064 those memes, before dawn on Wednesday, \u2063the FBI went to Robertson\u2019s home.\u2062 Neighbors report that as many as\u200b 50 agents were on the scene.\u200b Craig Robertson was shot dead in a hail of bullets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Why did FBI agents kill \u200cRobertson, exactly? We\u2063 don\u2019t know. The \u200dFBI won\u2019t tell us. We\u200b asked them yesterday, and\u2063 they refused to explain. \u2062The New York Post reports today that\u200b Robertson allegedly pointed a gun at the agents. Maybe he did, we don\u2019t know \u2064at this point. But we \u200bdo know that the neighbors are\u2064 all confused and\u200c disturbed, trying to figure\u2062 out why the federal government would need to send dozens\u200b of armed agents \u200dto a\u200b disabled, elderly \u2063man\u2019s home because \u200bof things he \u2062<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/betrayed-from-within-patrick-byrne-blasts-white-house-staff-after-attending-election-meeting-with-president-trump-sydney-powell-and-gen-flynn\/\" title=\"\u201cBetrayed From Within\u201d: Patrick Byrne Blasts White House Staff After Attending Election Meeting With President Trump, Sydney Powell and Gen. Flynn\">posted online<\/a>. If you\u2064 saw them\u2062 swarming\u200d his\u2063 house and didn\u2019t have any context, you\u2019d think they were taking down a\u2064 drug kingpin. You\u2019d never guess that the guy\u2019s crime\u200b was a Facebook meme. So the question\u200b that\u2062 many are asking\u2064 \u2014 especially those in Robertson\u2019s community \u2014 is whether this level of response was\u2062 actually necessary?\u2062 Did the FBI really consider\u2064 Robertson a credible threat \u2063to the President\u200d of the\u200b United\u200b States? It\u2019s\u200d hard to believe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This isn\u2019t to defend the things that Robertson posted online, obviously. The point is that \u200dthe \u2063most powerful law enforcement organization \u2063in the \u2063country, which is funded by your tax \u2064dollars, is completely unwilling to explain why they killed \u200dan \u2064American citizen two days ago. They have no justification for why they decided to go after \u200chim at 6:00am\u200c in the morning.\u200d They don\u2019t seem \u2062interested in providing a justification. If you\u2019re living in the\u2063 U.K., or Canada, then it\u2019s quite possible \u200dthat none of this is particularly shocking to you. You\u2019re used \u2063to this kind of \u200dthing.
