Trump is currently facing\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-enters-plea-latest-document-charges-brought-jack-smith\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">40 felony charges<\/a> in that case.<\/p>\n<p>Former\u2064 Vice President Mike Pence also had classified\u200d materials discovered at his Indiana \u2062home, although \u200bhe has not been investigated.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI\u2063 don\u2019t know what the hell is going on around here. It\u2019s the \u200dweirdest thing \u200dI\u2019ve \u2062ever seen,\u201d Republican Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, the \u200bvice chairman of \u200dthe Senate Intelligence Committee, told <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/senate\/3828860-senators-bewildered-by-pence-classified-document-revelation\/#:~:text=%E2%80%9CI%20don't%20know%20what,'re%20just%20packing%20boxes.%E2%80%9D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The \u200cHill<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cClearly at the executive branch they\u2019re just packing boxes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s possession of up to 30 \u200cclassified documents, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-bidens-legal-team-reportedly-negotiating-an-interview-with-special-counsel\/\" title=\"Joe Biden's legal team in talks for interview with Special Counsel.\">including \u200bintelligence briefs<\/a> about foreign adversaries at the highest level of classification, has raised concerns.
