Version: 4.0.47--><h2>The Future is Looking Bright for Tucker Carlson<\/h2>\n<p>The \u200bformer Fox\u2063 News host has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dems-do-not-plan-to-call-impeachment-witnesses-in-trump-trial\/\" title=\"Dems Do Not Plan To Call Impeachment Witnesses In Trump Trial\">reportedly discussed<\/a> the possibility of\u200d two GOP megadonors investing in his new \u2062media company as he looks for \u200cfresh opportunities in \u2062the wake of his firing from the right-leaning network.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/08\/08\/tucker-carlson-may-see-rebekah-mercer-peter-thiel-invest-in-company.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNBC<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/blm-leaders-slam-adam-schiff-urge-newsom-not-to-appoint-him-as-ca-attorney-general\/\" title=\"BLM Leaders Slam Adam Schiff, Urge Newsom Not To Appoint Him As CA Attorney General\">citing \u201cpeople familiar<\/a> \u200cwith the matter,\u201d\u200c reported Tuesday that Carlson has already spoken\u2063 with billionaire\u200d heiress Rebekah Mercer about \u2063a potential investment.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Silicon Valley venture capitalist Peter Thiel\u2062 has \u201chinted to allies that he could\u2063 invest\u200c in the venture after hearing from Carlson\u2019s side,\u201d the report\u2064 said.<\/p>\n<p>However, it remains unknown whether Mercer and Thiel plan on moving \u2064ahead or\u200d whether any formal agreement \u200chas been reached.<\/p>\n<p>The news comes just weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/tucker-carlson-is-creating-a-new-media-company-8e21b909\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Wall Street Journal<\/a> reported that Carlson\u2063 and longtime business partner Neil Patel were seeking to \u201cstart a new media company that\u200d would\u200b potentially use \u200cTwitter as its backbone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe \u2062new\u2062 company \u2063would be anchored by\u200d longer versions of the free videos that Carlson \u2062has been \u200bposting regularly \u2062on Twitter since shortly after \u2062his departure from Fox \u200bNews, but \u200dwould ultimately be driven \u200cby subscriptions, some of the people said,\u201d the Journal reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCarlson and Patel are looking to raise hundreds of millions of dollars to fund \u2063the company,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-tucker-carlson-reportedly-creating-media-company-partnership-elon-musk-possible\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media venture<\/a> reportedly will feature a \u2064website and a \u200bmobile app and could \u200cinvolve the use of \u2063other platforms beyond Twitter, \u2064which recently changed its name to X.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Ep. 15 Former Capitol Police \u200bChief \u200bSteven Sund reveals what \u200breally happened on January 6th.
