The appeal was brought by \u200da litigious litigant who\u2064 has been accused by opposing counsel of participating in what they describe as \u2063&#8221;an unethical extortionate scheme.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This refusal by the Supreme Court comes in the wake of the woman&#8217;s request to have the entire \u200ccase thrown out.
