The New York Times Isn\u2019t Having It.\">percentage point higher<\/a> than the national average.<\/p>\n<p>Atlanta, Detroit, and Seattle were all named among the top five \u200bcities having the worst\u200d inflation difficulties by researchers.<\/p>\n<p>Anchorage, Alaska, on the other hand, was rated as having the \u201csmallest\u201d inflation. The city \u200chas a \u200bnegative inflation\u200c rate of\u2062 -3.3%,\u2063 which has shifted during the previous \u2064two months.<\/p>\n<p>Researchers also selected Washington, D.C.,\u200d Boston, Chicago, and Minneapolis\u2062 as having the\u2064 \u201csmallest\u201d inflation concerns. \u2062These cities \u200call had \u2063yearly \u2064inflation rates that were\u200d less \u2064than 3%.<\/p>\n<p>Inflationary disparities across \u200cstates are frequently caused\u200b by\u2063 differences in their particular \u200bproperty markets.<\/p>\n<p>Researchers in\u200c Denver, for\u2063 example, suggested that the\u2062 city\u2019s high housing costs were fueling inflation. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThe housing component of DPI represents 44% of the \u200boverall basket and for \u2063the\u2064 Denver-Aurora-Lakewood region, \u200dit went up \u200d8.8% \u200dyear over\u2062 year versus\u2062 6.2% for \u200dthe nation and\u2062 7.1% for the \u200cmountain region,\u201d Brian Lewandowski of Leeds Business Research recently told CBS Colorado.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThat does demonstrate \u200cthat \u2063we have more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/u-s-homebuilding-buoyed-by-multi-family-projects-permits-decline\/\" title=\"U.S. homebuilding buoyed by multi-family projects; permits decline\">house price inflation<\/a> than the rest of the country,\u201d he\u200c continued.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It came after Florida was named\u200d the state with the \u200chighest\u2062 inflation rate in a Bureau of Labor Statistics study last month. Analysts \u200cat the time attributed the\u200d high rate to \u200dFlorida\u2019s high home expenses.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo via: World Bank \/ BLS <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo via: Bureau of Labor\u2064 Statistics, Bureau of \u2062Economic Analysis, ICE Exchange<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cA lot of people \u200bare still \u2062coming\u200c to Florida because the economy is\u200d really strong,\u2063 and many \u200blike the fact that we don\u2019t have an \u200dincome tax like \u2064in New York, \u200dfor example\u2026\u200c And in places like \u200cMiami, we\u2019re\u200c seeing \u2062a lot of real estate demand from non-Floridians\u2063 or non-American investors \u200b\u2014 generally wealthy folks who \u200bwant to have a nice home here,\u201d said Amanda Phalin, an economist at the University of Florida.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>However, recent\u2063 data shows that prices in \u200dFlorida may finally be falling.<\/p>\n<p>Despite annual rates of 5.9% and 6.9%, respectively, Tampa \u200band Miami have had the fewest changes in pricing in the previous\u200b two months.<\/p>\n<p>Annual inflation in the\u200d U.S. overall also\u2064 rose to\u200d 3.2% in July.\u200d The Consumer \u200cPrice Index\u2064 advanced for the first time\u200d in 13 months.<\/p>\n<p>Prices increased 0.2%\u200d month over\u200c month in July, mostly due to increases in housing expenses like rent. According to the \u2063Bureau of \u200cLabor Statistics, this accounted for 90% of the monthly rise.<\/p>\n<p>This slight monthly increase, however, is\u200c the same \u200cas in \u200bJune,\u2063 which may possibly prevent the Federal Reserve from\u2064 hiking interest rates \u2064again in September.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200bmonthly\u2062 rise\u2063 was in \u2063line with projections, although\u200c the yearly \u200brate was slightly lower than the 3.3% projected.<\/p>\n<p>Stay \u200dinformed!
