He ingeniously crafted \u2062a logo that featured these\u2063 colorful plumes, which \u200bwould fan out as an \u200bannouncer proudly\u200b declared, &#8220;The following \u2063program is brought to you in \u2063living color on NBC.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Over time, the NBC peacock logo has \u2063evolved,\u2064 but it remains one of the most instantly recognizable symbols in advertising history. If you&#8217;ve ever owned a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/china-replaces-humans-with-v-r-puppets-on-reality-tv-show\/\" title=\"China Replaces Humans with V.R. Puppets on Reality TV Show\">television set<\/a>, chances are you&#8217;ve encountered the iconic NBC peacock.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, logos are ubiquitous in our world. From the golden \u200carches of \u2063McDonald&#8217;s to the multicolored &#8220;G&#8221;\u200d of Google, from the purple and orange FedEx symbol adorning\u2063 delivery trucks to the \u200dinterlocking rings \u200drepresenting \u200cthe Olympics, and let&#8217;s not forget the enigmatic siren on the green\u200b Starbucks emblem.<\/p>\n<p>But the latest buzz in the logo realm revolves around the \u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/elon-musk-says-bye-bye-birdie-midnight-glimpse-new-twitter-logo-erupts-tweetstorm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter logo<\/a>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/david-jeremiah-what-sort-of-logo-would-christ-have-us-display-to-the-world\/\" title=\"David Jeremiah: What Logo Should Christians Show the World?\">iconic blue chirping bird<\/a> is no more, and \u2063everyone has an opinion about it!<\/p>\n<p>A \u200blogo serves as a distinctive\u200c symbol \u200bfor a company, organization, publication, person, service, \u2063or idea. Designers are \u200chandsomely rewarded for creating eye-catching logos, \u200doften commanding hundreds \u200bof\u2064 thousands\u2063 of dollars.<\/p>\n<p>But have you ever\u200c wondered about the origin \u2063of the word &#8220;logo&#8221;? Surprisingly, it has biblical roots.<\/p>\n<p>The English term &#8220;logo&#8221; derives from a significant Greek word found in the New Testament \u2014 <em>logos<\/em>, \u200cwhich is\u2063 commonly translated as &#8220;word.&#8221; This is the very term used by John when he wrote, &#8220;In the beginning was \u200bthe Word, and the Word was with God, and the \u2064Word was God&#8221; (John 1:1).<\/p>\n<p>Jesus Himself is the \u2062Word \u2014 the Logos. When we follow \u2063Him, we bear His \u200cmark, \u200clike \u200ba logo imprinted on us. This distinctive sign signifies our\u2063 belonging to\u2063 Jesus and manifests in every aspect of our lives, from our \u200battitudes to our behavior.<\/p>\n<p>And \u200cthis love that marks us is no ordinary love. It is the New Testament <em>agape<\/em> love.<\/p>\n<p>Paul eloquently explains, &#8220;Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have \u200bnot love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. \u2062And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand\u200c all \u200bmysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all\u200b faith, so that I\u2064 could remove mountains, but\u200b have \u2062not love, I \u2062am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to\u2064 feed the \u200bpoor, and though I give \u2062my body\u2063 to be\u2062 burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing&#8221; (1 Corinthians 13:1-3).<\/p>\n<p>The magnificent \u200cword Paul uses for love \u2014 <em>agape<\/em> \u2014 \u2063signifies &#8220;spiritual, divine\u2064 love.&#8221; It \u2063is a love that emanates solely from \u200dGod.<\/p>\n<p>There are few things in the Bible that are equated entirely with God, but it unequivocally states that God is <em>agape<\/em> \u2014 God is love.\u2064 The term <em>agape<\/em> encapsulates everything we comprehend about God.<\/p>\n<p>This love has been defined in various ways, but one of the most profound definitions is this: <em>Agape<\/em> love is\u200b the power that compels us to respond to someone&#8217;s needs without expecting anything in return.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s precisely\u2063 how God loves\u2062 us. His \u2064love is sacrificial, poured out \u2062on our behalf. This defines <em>agape<\/em>. It is a wholehearted, selfless, sacrificial love, given without\u2062 any hope of reward.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, the \u200bmost\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/charles-hill-rip\/\" title=\"Charles Hill, RIP\">significant aspect<\/a> of\u200d our lives\u2064 is not our thoughts, words,\u200d or actions \u2014 it is our love. Love reigns supreme among\u200d all virtues. It&#8217;s \u2064as if God is telling us, &#8220;If you could possess only\u2063 one quality in your life, let Me tell you which one to choose: Choose love. It will shape you into the person I \u2064desire you to be.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The NBC announcer used to proclaim, \u2064&#8221;The following\u2063 program is brought to you \u2064in living color.&#8221; In a \u2064similar vein, the Lord desires to declare about each of us, &#8220;These people, recognized \u200dby\u200d their \u2062love, are brought\u2064 to you by the King of kings.&#8221; That&#8217;s an enduring and vibrant identity.<\/p>\n<p>Love is the ultimate\u2063 measure of our faith.\u200d It brings\u2064 us closest to\u200d the heart \u2063of God.
