Wisk sued rival Archer in 2021 accusing it of stealing trade secrets and infringing on its patents. Archer counter sued Wisk in 2021 \u201cfor its false and \u200bmalicious extra-judicial smear campaign\u201d \u200cand Boeing in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Archer will issue\u2063 warrants to Wisk for \u200cup to\u200b 13.2 million shares as part of \u200dthe settlement and autonomy agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Electric vertical takeoff \u2063and landing aircraft \u200b(eVTOL)\u2063 have been\u200d touted as the future of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/honeywells-most-powerful-generator-gets-first-deal-with-startup\/\" title=\"Honeywell\u2019s most powerful generator gets first deal with startup\">urban air mobility<\/a>.
