The quality of the Republican\u2064 field ranks \u200cnear the \u200dtop of the list.<\/p>\n<p>But the former president\u2063 has \u2064made a decision that could prevent him from participating in the debates even if he wished.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-willing-sign-gop-loyalty-pledge-ahead-debate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>, Trump told Newsmax\u2019s \u2062Eric\u200b Bolling on Wednesday that\u200b he will not pledge his unconditional support for the \u200dGOP\u2019s eventual nominee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can name three or \u2064four people that I wouldn\u2019t support for president,\u201d Trump said of his fellow candidates. \u2063\u201cSo\u2062 right there, there\u2019s\u2063 a \u200bproblem, OK?\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">BREAKING: \u2063Donald Trump says he will not sign the RNC pledge to support the 2024 Republican nominee if he loses the GOP presidential primary <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/DS13byrsPW\">pic.twitter.com\/DS13byrsPW<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 ALX \u2062 (@alx) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/alx\/status\/1689459896620666881?\">August 10, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>To participate in the Republican Party debates, candidates must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republican-national-committee-adds-new-criteria-for-second-debate-that-will-likely-knock-out-some-candidates\/\" title=\"RNC introduces stricter criteria for second debate, potentially excluding certain candidates.\">meet polling<\/a> and fundraising thresholds and also sign a pledge to support the eventual nominee.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/republicans-met-qualifications-first-gop-presidential-debate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> reported\u200d Thursday that only three of the 12 \u200bRepublican candidates thus far\u2064 have \u200bsigned the pledge: Gov. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/one-desantis-biggest-donors-gives-ron-bad-news-plug-will-soon-pulled\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ron DeSantis<\/a> of Florida, \u200cformer South Carolina \u200bGov. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/nikki-haley-forces-tucker-answer-question-shrug\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nikki Haley<\/a> and businessman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ramaswamys-politico-article-comes-back-haunt-exposes-major-flip-flop-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vivek Ramaswamy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, DeSantis, Haley, and Ramaswamy have \u2064plenty of incentive to join the debates. After all, every statistic and\u2063 anecdote shows that \u2063the overwhelming\u2064 majority \u2062of\u2064 Republican voters\u200c prefer Trump.<\/p>\n<p>If the well-funded and once-popular DeSantis could not diminish Trump\u2019s standing, what chance\u200d do the others have?<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, party insiders who insist on a loyalty pledge must strike many Republican voters \u200bas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/theres-a-problem-trump-will-not-qualify-for-gop-debates-if-he-sticks-to-his-convictions\/\" title=\"Problem: Trump's Convictions May Disqualify Him from GOP Debates\">shockingly tone-deaf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>President Joe \u2062Biden and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/desantis-vows-start-slitting-throats-day-one-office-rid-country-deep-state\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deep state<\/a> want to imprison their leading rival and most effective critic. Establishment figures in both parties have shown venomous hostility to Trump and his tens\u2064 of millions of supporters.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, ordinary Americans, whether Trump supporters or otherwise, have awakened to ruling class abuses and crimes. One \u200bsuspects, in fact,\u2062 that many\u200b Republicans would support Democratic candidate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-rfk-jr-sues-google-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Robert F.
