In addition to the Initiative 82 fees, the attorney general has also banned the \u2063&#8221;deceptive&#8221; use of 4% \u2063wellness fees and 5% restaurant recovery charges since March.<\/p>\n<p>Schwalb has \u200balready taken \u200daction by sending letters to approximately 2,460 Washington restaurants, urging them to \u2063prominently and accurately disclose\u2063 their \u200bfees.
