The statement noted how \u201cthings\u200d didn\u2019t quite go to plan.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cAt \u2063only 31 weeks pregnant, Angela hadn\u2019t\u2064 been\u2064 expecting her\u2062 son\u2019s arrival quite yet, but she started having contractions \u2063shortly after arriving for \u200cthe show. She \u200dcalled\u2064 her doctor, \u2063who \u200dadvised her \u2063to\u200c get to a hospital,\u201d the\u200b statement went on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cWith\u200c all the traffic surrounding Fenway for\u200b the concert, Angela had trouble finding a\u2063 ride to the hospital. She \u200dand her family decided the fastest\u200c way to get to Brigham and Women\u2019s was to walk \u2013 \u2063and so, decked\u200c out in their concert outfits, they made the trek to\u200b our hospital where Angela later delivered her son in the \u200bBrigham\u2019s \u200bNICU.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mercer \u2062also addressed \u2063the incident, saying, \u201cMy husband Ace and\u200c I are\u2064 so incredibly grateful to the\u2064 exceptional\u2062 team at Brigham and Women\u2019s Hospital! \u200bThe medical, case management, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/woman-goes-into-labor-at-a-pink-concert-walks-to-the-hospital-to-give-birth\/\" title=\"Woman in labor at Pink concert walks to hospital to deliver baby.\">social work staff guided<\/a> us confidently with\u200c their knowledge and expertise, all while being personable, empathetic, and engaging.
