Men\u2062 are trash!\u201d \u2062That cultural messaging got to\u200c Taylor \u2062Swift, \u200dBeyonc\u00e9 has had \u200bher own feminist moments,\u2063 and\u200b Ariana Grande has taken\u200b the lead with it. Grande is a \u2063self-proclaimed feminist, and yet her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/why-taylor-lorenz-is-embracing-white-supremacist-harassment-tactics\/\" title=\"Why Taylor Lorenz Is Embracing White Supremacist Harassment Tactics\">recent actions suggest<\/a> that she is far\u2062 from believing that women should stick together and support one another.<\/p>\n<p>So how feminist does Ariana Grande \u2064claim to\u2063 be? For\u200d starters, she included the \u200dsong \u2064\u201cGod Is a Woman\u201d on her \u200bfourth album (which, if\u200c that\u2019s true,\u2063 we\u2019re all in trouble).\u2062 She attended the infamous Women\u2019s March of 2017 where 4\u2063 million ladies took to the streets \u200cto breathe new life into \u2064an \u2063already powerful movement of women to protest the patriarchy. That same month, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalcitizen.org\/es\/content\/ariana-grande-quotes-feminism\/#:~:text=%E2%80%9CWe%20are%20not%20objects%20or%20prizes.&#038;text=Ariana%20Grande.&#038;text=Grande%20has%20been%20on%20the,girl%20power%20above%20everything%20else.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Citizen<\/a> wrote a piece about her praising her girl power: \u201cGrande has been on \u200cthe front lines of the\u2063 fight against the patriarchy for years, and her \u2064contributions to feminism have largely flown \u2063under \u200dthe radar. In an \u200dera of scandals and feuds, Grande has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/when-feminists-turn-on-the-women-they-support\/\" title=\"Feminists betray the women they advocate for.\">consistently preached solidarity<\/a> and girl \u200dpower above everything else.\u201d Her mother and grandmother were with her at the march, three generations of strong lady feminists. She spoke about her \u2062mother\u200d when an\u2062 ex-boyfriend publicly \u200daccused \u200cher of cheating, responding, \u201cI\u2019m going to be the lady\u200c my mother raised and carry myself with class and \u2062dignity, but I will never be \u200cany man\u2019s\u2063 press opportunity.\u201d How very feminist \u2063of her.<\/p>\n<p>However, this \u2062was\u200d not the only time she has been accused \u200dof cheating or getting involved in other \u200cpeople\u2019s \u200crelationships. \u201cGlee\u201d actress Naya Rivera, who sadly\u2062 passed away in 2020, wrote a book \u200bin 2017; in it, she\u2062 told\u2062 about her relationship with fianc\u00e9 Big Sean. Toward the end of their time \u2062together, he was not answering \u200bher\u200b phone \u2063calls, so she\u2064 went \u200bto his house. When she got there, he\u200c was sitting on a couch next to Grande. While we \u2064cannot speculate\u200c whether the two had been hooking up, we do know they began \u200da highly publicized relationship after his split with \u200dRivera.<\/p>\n<h3>WATCH:\u200c Candace Owens<\/h3>\n<p>A similar story surfaced recently involving Ethan Slater, who played SpongeBob SquarePants in\u200d the Broadway musical. Lilly Jay \u2064celebrated her first \u200cMother\u2019s Day just three\u200b months ago, and Slater made a really heartfelt post about her on that day. When he was cast for\u200d \u201cWicked\u201d alongside Grande, the\u2064 three started spending time together. \u2063While they\u200c were all hanging out, Lilly Jay was postpartum because her \u2062son was\u200c born in \u200cAugust 2022. As with anyone \u2062postpartum, she was\u2062 dealing with new changes, unknowns, and concerns. Any postpartum mother \u2063really relies on her partner\u2064 during this time.\u2062 But Lilly Jay\u2019s\u200b partner \u2063decided\u2063 in all\u200b this, he didn\u2019t\u200d want to be together anymore.<\/p>\n<p>So, Slater went from writing a happy first Mother\u2019s Day \u201cto the most loving\u2063 caring\u2063 and wonderful mom\/person in the world\u201d post about her \u2064to filing for divorce. What could have happened? Well, two\u200c days before this news\u2063 went public, Slater apparently came \u200bclean to his wife, who had no\u2064 idea anything had been going \u2063on between her husband and Grande. He confessed he\u200b was in\u200b a relationship with Grande, who had \u200djust filed for divorce herself \u2064\u2014 the same Grande she had\u2063 allowed to hold her infant child, the \u200dwoman she had spent time getting to know, the woman who claims to be a feminist supporting other women.<\/p>\n<p>Women who tend \u2063to testify the loudest about feminism, who love to preach about girl power, often have deep-seated issues. My hypothesis was that\u200d Grande \u200bhas daddy issues plaguing her \u200cfrom\u2064 her childhood. Sure enough, after doing some research,\u2063 I found evidence of\u2062 those issues, which explains why she likes to pursue men who are in stable relationships \u2014 and rip those relationships apart. Her \u2062father \u200cdivorced her mother \u200bwhen Grande was eight, he left, and their relationship has been sporadic ever since. In her \u2063song \u201cThank U,\u2063 Next,\u201d Grande says, \u201cOne \u200bday I\u2019ll walk down the aisle holding hands\u2064 with my mama. I\u2019ll \u2064be thanking my dad cause she \u2063grew from the drama.\u201d There is\u200b no question that \u200cshe is\u2064 broken\u2064 from these earlier father \u2062issues. And hurt people, hurt people.<\/p>\n<p>Grande is \u200bnot the only party at \u2064fault.\u200c It\u2019s very clear Ethan Slater \u2064is also\u200c at fault. It\u2019s \u2064obvious. He\u2019s a dweeb. This is the first time he thinks he\u2019s\u2062 ever punched \u200babove his weight, and he\u2019s completely\u200c lost his \u2064mind. \u2063He\u2019s a dweeb <i>and<\/i> he\u2019s weak. One \u2063girl so much as glanced at him, and he has \u200cruined his entire life \u2014 and not just\u2064 <i>his<\/i> life. He\u2019s ruined the\u2063 life of his\u2063 child as well as the woman who has loved him for \u2064the \u200blast ten years. Furthermore, he will not be able\u2062 to \u2062keep Ariana Grande. They\u2019re definitely not skipping off\u200b into the sunset because \u2064that\u2019s not what she \u200bdoes. \u200cThis is sports to her. The high for her is\u2062 breaking up the relationship, not standing by him because he\u2019s\u200d already committed\u2063 to divorcing his wife. The \u200dgame is over for her.<\/p>\n<p>Feminism\u2062 is a game for broken women, women who feel\u200d failed \u200cby men in some capacity and want to\u200b seek revenge. It reeks of all of the reasons why I always \u2062say we should not follow\u200c Hollywood\u2019s lead.
