The impact propelled Tintor&#8217;s \u200bvehicle a shocking 571 feet, causing the loss of her life. Ruggs&#8217; girlfriend was also\u2064 injured in the crash. Subsequent blood tests revealed that Ruggs&#8217; blood alcohol content was more than twice the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/anti-israel-activists-defend-biden-state-dept-nominee\/\" title=\"Anti-Israel Activists Defend Biden State Dept. We couldn&#8217;t take that risk. This resolution\u2063 ensures that Ruggs will serve up to 10 years in prison for a\u2064 felony DUI\u200b conviction and brings \u2062closure to the Tintor family.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Following the crash, Ruggs was released from prison \u200con a $150,000 bond and\u2062 subsequently cut\u2062 by the Raiders. He has been under house arrest since then, with limited permission to leave his residence for workouts twice a week.
