Joe Biden, \u2018the brand,\u2019 was the only product the Bidens \u2062sold.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Third-Bank-Records-Memorandum_Redacted.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Third Bank Records Memorandum<\/a>\u201d comes on the heels of two \u200cprevious memos from the Republican-led \u2063committee\u200b linking Biden\u200b family members to payments\u200c to business affiliates in China and Romania. According to the committee, foreign payments \u200dto the Biden family now total\u200c well over $20 million.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cDuring Joe Biden\u2019s\u200d vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him \u200das \u2018the brand\u2019 \u200cto \u2062reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and \u2064Ukraine,\u201d Comer\u2064 (R-Ky.) said\u2062 in a \u2064recent press release.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The third bank\u2062 memo, \u2063which came about from subpoenas sent to various banks,\u200d explicitly examines\u2064 three\u200c of several entities formed by\u200d Hunter Biden: Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC, Rosemont Seneca \u2062Thornton, LLC, and Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC.<\/p>\n<p>The committee also provided \u2062screenshots of bank records that they claim\u200d show Baturina, the widow of \u2063former Moscow Mayor Yury \u200bLuzhkov, wired $3.5 million to\u200d Rosemont Seneca Thornton on \u2064February \u200d14<sup>th<\/sup>, 2014. Hunter Biden\u2019s \u200blongtime business partner, Devon Archer, \u2062confirmed the payment during an interview last week.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, a whopping $2,752,711 was\u200b sent to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, the company \u2064that Hunter co-owned with \u2064Archer.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo \u2062credit: Congress of the United\u200d States<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The document stated that Biden attended a dinner with\u200c Baturina, Hunter, and others at Caf\u00e9\u200c Milano in Washington,\u2063 D.C.,\u200b in the spring of 2014, which Archer\u2019s testimony verified.\u2062 Archer also stated during the congressional \u200binterview that former Kazakhstan \u2063Prime Minister \u2063Karim Massimov, Kazakh businessman Kenes Rakishev, and \u201cpossibly\u201d Luzhkov were in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Massimov was \u2063sentenced to 18 years in prison earlier \u2063this\u200b year for his \u200dalleged participation in a coup attempt.<\/p>\n<p>On April 16<sup>th<\/sup>, 2015, a year after\u200d the first dinner, Biden attended a second dinner at Caf\u00e9\u2063 Milano with \u2062Hunter, Archer,\u200c and \u200bVadym Pozharskyi, \u200ban executive of Ukrainian oil\u2064 and gas company Burisma Holdings.<\/p>\n<p>According to \u200dthe memo, the records show that on April 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, \u200d2014, Rakishev used his\u200c Singaporean entity,\u200c Novatus Holdings, to \u2064wire $142,300 to the same Rosemont Seneca \u2062Bohai bank account, and that the next day, the exact same amount was wired out to a car dealership in New Jersey\u200d for a \u2063\u201cFisker \u200bsports car\u201d for Hunter. <\/p>\n<p>During his interview, Archer also verified this payment.<\/p>\n<p>Bank records showed \u2062that Hunter and \u2062Archer each\u200c received $83,333.33 from Burisma every \u200bmonth from 2014 to 2015, totaling $3,321,379.49.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cIt appears \u200bno real \u200bservices were\u200c provided other than access\u2062 to the \u200cBiden network, including\u2063 Joe Biden himself. And Hunter \u2064Biden seems\u2062 to have delivered,\u201d \u2064Comer said. \u201cThis is made clear by meals at Caf\u00e9 Milano, where\u2063 then-Vice President Joe \u2064Biden dined with oligarchs from\u2062 around the world who had sent \u200cmoney to his son.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Comer stated that the committee \u200dwill\u200d continue \u200cto seek witness\u200b evidence to\u2063 ascertain if Biden\u2019s son deliberately permitted\u2062 his \u201cbrand\u201d to be sold internationally.<\/p>\n<p>However, a spokesperson for the minority staff\u200b on \u200dthe committee claimed that the memo \u200cwas \u201cempty\u201d and \u2063does not involve\u200c President Joe Biden specifically \u200cin any wrongdoing.
