Calls him an evil dictator.\">receive extremely reduced sentences<\/a> and escape the full consequences of their criminal conduct.<\/p>\n<p>The policies and practices mentioned in the executive order \u200bthat led\u2064 to\u200b her suspension include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoiding \u200cminimum mandatory\u2063 sentences for gun crimes<\/li>\n<li>Avoiding\u2063 minimum mandatory sentences for drug trafficking offenses<\/li>\n<li>Allowing juvenile offenders to avoid serious charges and incarceration altogether<\/li>\n<li>Avoiding valid and applicable sentencing enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Limiting charges for \u200dchild \u2062pornography<\/li>\n<li>Seeking withhold\u2063 of adjudication in situations\u200c not permitted under Florida law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Worrell said at a press conference following her suspension that her\u2063 office did \u201cthings unconventionally\u201d \u200cand claimed that DeSantis was a \u201cdictator\u201d\u2064 who has implemented \u201ctyranny\u201d and has \u201csingle handedly destroyed democracy in the state of Florida.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Worrell said that while her legal team is prepared to fight her suspension through \u2063the legal system but did not believe that she would be successful because \u201cthe courts \u200dhave \u2063been assembled by\u2063 the governor, the legislature has\u200c a super majority \u200bin \u200dfavor of the governor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlong with\u2062 me, \u2064two of my deputy chief assistants have been fired,\u201d \u200bshe \u200cadded. \u201cThis should\u2062 not happen in a democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Worrell said that the fact that DeSantis suspended her the day before school starts\u200d was \u201cevil\u201d because\u2062 she has kids.<\/p>\n<p>She also \u2062<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pelosi-says-impeachment-and-25th-amendment-resolutions-will-be-brought-to-the-house-floor-starting-monday\/\" title=\"Pelosi Says Impeachment and 25th Amendment Resolutions Will Be Brought to the House Floor Starting Monday\">attacked law enforcement<\/a> for\u200b giving DeSantis the information he needed\u2062 to remove her from office, claiming they wanted her removed \u2063because she held them accountable.<\/p>\n<p>Worrell said she had \u201cuncovered just the tip of the \u200ciceberg\u201d within law enforcement\u2064 when she was suspended, and that\u2019s why her deputy \u200dchief was fired.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p>DeSantis\u2019s office listed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/desantis-throws-another-woke-soros-prosecutor-out-of-office\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">numerous\u200d instances<\/a> of the \u201cmore \u200begregious results of her policies or practices in action.\u201d Some of the\u2064 examples\u2062 included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cJust this \u2064past\u2062 weekend, Worrell was at\u200c the center of \u2062a major controversy. Daton Viel was\u2064 arrested in March 2023 for sexual\u200b battery on a minor, as well as Lewd \u200dand Lascivious Molestation. \u2062That arrest was made \u2063while Viel was on\u2062 probation \u2064for another offense \u2064\u2013 that probation began in February 2023. Viel was still let out on bond and thereafter shot two \u2064Orlando Police\u200b Officers.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIn November 2022, 17-year-old Lorenzo Larry shot and killed \u2063his \u200dpregnant girlfriend,\u200c De\u2019Shayla Ferguson. Larry had \u200dpreviously \u2062been\u200c arrested in May 2022 on \u2063several charges,\u2064 including \u200ccarrying a\u200d concealed firearm, possession of a \u2062firearm on \u200dschool property, and criminal possession of\u200c a firearm by\u2063 a minor. But he was released after all these arrests.\u200c Worrell\u2019s \u200boffice did\u200d not act on any \u2062of\u2063 these charges until after he killed his girlfriend and their unborn child.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIn February 2023, 19-year-old Keith Moses shot and killed a cameraman and a 9-year-old girl. He had a long history of arrests as a juvenile, including aggravated battery, assault, \u200band grand theft. As recently as November 2021, \u2064he was arrested for \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ny-governor-cuomo-grants-clemency-to-illegal-aliens-to-help-them-remain-in-the-u-s\/\" title=\"NY Governor Cuomo Grants Clemency To Illegal Aliens To Help Them Remain In The U.S.\">drug possession<\/a>, but no charges were \u2063pursued.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIn October \u20632022,\u200d a minor was arrested on first<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/minneapolis-reconsiders-drops-program-to-pay-social-media-influencers-during-chauvin-trial\/\" title=\"Minneapolis Reconsiders, Drops Program To Pay Social Media Influencers During Chauvin Trial\">-degree murder charges<\/a> with a firearm. The shooting \u200bwas captured on video. One month later, Worrell\u2019s office inexplicably filed a petition to reduce the \u2063charge to firearm possession.
