Instead, \u200dshe has scheduled it\u2062 for Friday morning, denying Trump&#8217;s attorneys&#8217; request for a later date.<\/p>\n<h3>Trump&#8217;s Allies \u2062in the White House<\/h3>\n<p>While Trump will not be present at the hearing, he\u2062 has requested his \u2062attorneys John Lauro and Todd Blanche \u2063to \u200drepresent him. However, Blanche&#8217;s availability\u2062 is limited due to \u200ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/manhattan-district-attorney-can-subpoena-deposition-from-trumps-e-jean-carroll-trial-judge\/\" title=\"Judge allows Manhattan DA to subpoena Trump's deposition in E. On the other \u2063hand,\u2063 Lauro could potentially be available on Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutors have offered\u200d Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday as possible dates for the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Trump&#8217;s attorneys did not consider Wednesday as an option and \u2062did not provide \u200ca reason for excluding Friday. Trump&#8217;s defense \u2062team argues that Smith&#8217;s proposed order is overly restrictive and infringes on his free \u200dspeech rights.
