Simply \u200bby voting the wrong way, and by cooking\u2064 too many cheeseburgers, she says, these MAGA Republicans are lighting the planet on fire. They\u2019re \u2063causing the warmest summer in the history of the world, going back billions of years, even \u200cbefore we had thermometers to measure this kind of\u200b thing. That\u2019s how dangerous\u2062 those MAGA \u200cRepublicans\u200d are.<\/p>\n<p>Last \u200bweek we went into great detail \u200babout \u2064how Hillary Clinton sounded a lot like a Mesoamerican shaman when she made all those claims. \u2064But if you\u2019re \u2063a climate \u200cexpert in\u200d the mainstream media, you can\u2019t laugh at what she said, as we did. You can\u2019t just move on. Instead, you have to run \u200bcover for Hillary \u2063Clinton, because\u200b she\u2019s \u200beffectively your \u200dboss. \u200bYou revere her. Therefore, you have to go out \u2064on television and dutifully assert, with maximum\u2064 confidence, that,\u200c yes, Hillary Clinton is right \u2014 we\u2019re\u200c breaking\u2063 temperature records right now, and that\u2019s\u200c happening specifically because of man-made climate \u2063change \u2063that\u2019s intensified in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, like lemmings, all the big \u2062networks \u2064came out and said this, one by\u200b one. Here\u2019s ABC News for example, giving Hillary some much-needed backup:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The scientists are clear, say the \u200bclimate experts. We just\u200d experienced the hottest July\u2063 in the history of the planet because we\u2019re polluting too much. Our carbon emissions are\u2062 changing the weather \u2063in real-time. Notice they have the political analyst literally sitting next to\u2063 the climate expert, just to underscore the point that this whole segment is about scaring as many Democrats \u2064as possible so that they vote in the \u200dnext election. At this point,\u2064 Joe Biden needs all the help he can get.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But wait a minute,\u2063 skeptical\u2064 viewers might ask. Aren\u2019t there \u200cother periods in world history \u200dwhen \u200ctemperatures have\u2063 spiked \u2014 long before humans and even \u200bthe dreaded \u201cMAGA Republicans\u201d existed? Could we \u2062be witnessing something caused by nature, \u200binstead of Trump voters? ABC News\u2019 \u2064expert\u2064 anticipated\u2063 that you might start thinking along those \u2063lines. Here was her reply:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The expert is acknowledging that \u200dthere have been \u200bperiods\u2064 throughout world history when the \u2062climate has\u2062 gotten \u200dmuch warmer. But she says that was due to highly unusual events like \u201cvolcanic interruption.\u201d And \u200dwe don\u2019t have that right now, the expert \u2063says \u2014 at least, not to any\u2063 significant degree. So, she concludes, the Trump voters must be the problem.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Is\u2063 that \u200btrue? Admittedly, I\u2019m not a climate scientist, or an\u200b Aztec shaman, or any kind of expert\u200c on the weather whatsoever. But I do pay attention to the \u2062news. And\u200b I couldn\u2019t help but notice something that ABC\u2019s crack\u200d climate team somehow forgot to mention.<\/p>\n<p>Just a year and a \u2064half ago, this happened in the Pacific Ocean:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Well, that somehow went unnoticed over at ABC News. An underwater volcano erupted in \u2062Tonga. It was so \u2062big you\u2062 could see it\u200d from space. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tsunami-advisory-issued-for-west-coast-hawaii-alaska-after-volcano-erupts-in-tonga\/\" title=\"Tsunami Advisory Issued for West Coast, Hawaii, Alaska After Volcano Erupts in Tonga\">entire west coast<\/a> of\u200b the U.S. was\u2062 put \u200bunder a tsunami warning. According to NASA, which wrote up \u200ba detailed analysis of the event last August, the \u200beruption caused a\u200d sonic boom\u200d that circled the globe twice. The eruption also \u201cblasted\u2063 an\u200d enormous plume\u200d of water vapor into Earth\u2019s stratosphere \u200d\u2014 enough to fill more than 58,000 Olympic-sized swimming pools,\u201d NASA\u2063 says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>That\u2019s significant, because\u200d according to \u200dNASA, volcanic eruptions normally cool the planet,\u200d by \u2063emitting a \u2063lot of dust particles that \u200breflect sunlight away from the planet. That didn\u2019t happen\u2063 this time, and as one NASA scientist put it: \u201cWe\u2019ve \u200bnever \u2062seen anything like it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s the upshot? Well, water vapor traps heat. It\u2019s the single most abundant greenhouse gas that exists in the atmosphere. It\u2019s responsible for half of the greenhouse\u2063 gas effect on the planet. So here was the prediction from NASA, as of \u200clast August. This is what they wrote. \u201cThe sheer amount of water vapor could be enough to\u2062 temporarily affect\u2063 Earth\u2019s global average temperature.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Oh. That\u2064 seems like a major \u200ddetail\u200c to leave out of literally every single news report on \u201chistoric climate change\u201d this summer.\u200b It\u2019s\u2063 like reporting on wildfires\u200c without mentioning they \u200dwere caused by arsonists \u2014 something our news \u200cmedia also does, regularly.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/episode\/ep-1200-tbd-member-exclusive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WATCH: The Matt Walsh Show<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Think\u200b about how extraordinary\u2064 this is. A \u2064volcano just sent a massive amount of water vapor into \u200cthe air \u2014 in what scientists are calling a \u200bonce-in-a-lifetime event, which scientists say has clear ramifications for the \u2062climate \u2014 and they don\u2019t even talk about\u2063 it on \u200cABC News. Democrats in the \u201cparty of science\u201d blame MAGA Republicans, and no one in the mainstream media \u200bcorrects them or mentions the billions of gallons of water vapor that was just spewed into the atmosphere by a volcano.<\/p>\n<p>To be clear, this is not some temporary spike\u200c in temperatures that NASA was talking about. According to\u2063 NASA, \u201cexcess water vapor\u2062 injected by the Tonga volcano \u2026 could remain in the stratosphere for several\u2064 years.\u201d That was NASA\u2019s projection\u200c in August \u200bof last\u2062 year.<\/p>\n<p>By December of 2022, it appeared that NASA\u2019s prediction had been vindicated. Research <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s43247-022-00652-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">published<\/a> that month by the Meteorological Research Institute, NASA,\u200d and the University of Chicago confirmed that the eruption last year increased the mass of water vapor in\u200d the stratosphere by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RyanMaue\/status\/1682598350040838144?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">13%<\/a>.\u2064 This water vapor will remain in the stratosphere for years \u2014\u200c just as\u200d NASA had originally predicted.<\/p>\n<p>The researchers added that, \u201cThe unique nature and magnitude of the global stratospheric perturbation by the [Tonga] eruption ranks \u200dit among the most remarkable climatic events in the modern observation era.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seven months later, this past July, the research meteorologist Ryan \u200dMaue had this <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RyanMaue\/status\/1682603049565528065?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">response<\/a> to the fallout from the\u2062 eruption. \u201cBased upon the last few months, it seems the effect of [the eruption] on global temperatures may have been greatly underestimated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Ryan\u2062 Maue was right. Just about two weeks ago, yet another paper came out on the eruption. This one was \u200cfrom <a href=\"https:\/\/agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1029\/2023GL103855\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">researchers<\/a> at Cal Tech\u2019s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. This paper found that the eruption sent <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RyanMaue\/status\/1685749549233471488?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">40 trillion gallons<\/a> of seawater into the stratosphere \u2014 what\u200d the researchers called an \u201cunprecedented \u2063water \u200bvapor injection.\u201d Last week, Dr. Robert \u2063Rohde, the lead scientist at the independent nonprofit Berkeley Earth, reviewed these \u200brecent\u200d findings. He concluded that, \u200c\u201cAs a powerful greenhouse\u200c gas, \u2064this water may have contributed to recent warming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These seem like relevant developments, \u2064especially \u200dif you\u2019re covering \u200cthe MAGA heat wave \u200bthat\u2019s\u200c setting the United States on\u200c fire. And yet, virtually every major media \u2064outlet is ignoring\u200d this. We had \u200dto look at international media to find some coverage. Canada\u2019s Global News is one of the few outlets that\u2019s bothered to report on the connection between the volcanic eruption at Tonga and the heat wave this summer. Global\u2062 News reported that \u201cTonga volcano eruption may have \u200crole in\u2063 fueling\u200d summer heatwaves.\u201d \u200cWatch how they frame\u200d it:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Notice what\u2019s happening in that clip. It\u2019s kind of amusing, really. They\u2019re trying to downplay the impact of this eruption, because they\u200b want \u2062to keep beating the drum that \u200cclimate \u200cchange is \u2062man-made. At \u200dthe same time, \u2063they can\u2019t\u2062 downplay the impact of <em>any<\/em> increase \u200cof average global\u200d temperatures,\u2063 because we\u2019re supposedly careening towards total\u2064 climate apocalypse. It\u2019s a tricky\u200b tightrope they\u2019re walking.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>But is\u200d the report correct when it says that \u2062the \u2064temperature increase from this volcano will be, \u201cslight\u201d? Are they right when they say that the temperature will \u200dgo up by, \u201ca few hundredths of a degree?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Global News\u200c doesn\u2019t show their work on that one. Meanwhile, \u200cscientists \u200clike Robert Rohde aren\u2019t \u200bso sure. Here\u2019s what\u200b he\u200b wrote \u200don social media. \u201cIs\u2063 the \u200bwater vapor injection\u2062 from the [eruption] only adding a few hundredths of\u200b a degree to global temperatures \u2026. or is \u2063it having more complicated effects we don\u2019t yet understand? \u2064I don\u2019t know, \u2062but I hope people\u200c are working on\u2064 this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s \u2064an honest answer from a guy\u2063 who, by the way, does\u200c not appear to be a conservative or even a\u200c \u201cclimate change skeptic.\u201d So why is the \u200bmedia ignoring scientists like Robert Rohde? \u2063Why aren\u2019t they telling you what NASA concluded, and what\u2063 Cal Tech ultimately found \u2063to\u200c be true?<\/p>\n<p>We all know the answer. The Democratic Party knows it stands a very real \u200cchance of losing control of the White House and the Senate in\u200d the next election. If they have to\u2062 lie about \u2064MAGA Republicans\u2063 changing the weather, they will do \u200bit. They will ignore the very climate \u200cscience they claim to care so much about \u2014 the data straight from NASA \u2014 if it\u2019s inconvenient.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, the science is very inconvenient, from a political perspective, so they pretend\u2062 it doesn\u2019t exist. In a sane\u2062 country, everything we\u2019ve talked about \u2062here would be a major media scandal. They<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/climate-alarmists-panic-over-heat-wave-turns-out-it-was-caused-by-a-volcano\/\" title=\"Climate alarmists in a panic over heat wave discover it was actually caused by a volcano.\">\u2019ve spent months fueling panic<\/a> over a heat \u200cwave, linking it\u200d to\u200c our SUVs and\u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/germany-prepares-for-massive-energy-crisis\/\" title=\"Germany Prepares for Massive Energy Crisis\">air conditioning units<\/a>,\u200c while saying \u2064nothing at\u200d all\u200b about the volcanic eruption that we know is\u200b raising\u200b the global temperature. Has it made the\u2064 temperature historically high? Highest \u2064in millions of years? Almost certainly not. That\u2019s ridiculous. But \u2062that\u2019s the point. The media is lying about the scope of the warming, and also lying\u2064 about the cause of the warming \u2014 to whatever extent\u200c the warming is actually\u2064 occurring.<\/p>\n<p>For those of \u200dus who\u2064 aren\u2019t\u200b beholden to D.N.C. talking points\u200d or unhinged Hillary Clinton tweets, there\u2019s an important takeaway \u200dfrom all of \u200dthis. And that\u2063 takeaway is \u2062simple.\u2062 It\u2019s been known for \u200cthousands of years. It\u2019s this: However uncomfortable \u200cit\u2064 may be, \u200bthe truth is that, no matter \u2062how much we run our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pacific-northwest-prepares-for-heat-wave\/\" title=\"Pacific Northwest prepares for heat wave\">air-conditioning units<\/a> or use plastic\u2063 straws\u2063 or whatever, vastly\u200b powerful forces outside of our control will ultimately determine the\u200d weather and the fate of the planet. The Left will never admit this because doing so would require recognizing the existence of a greater power \u2014 \u2063a force\u200c that, unlike leftism, is eternal.<\/p>\n<p>Once you acknowledge that humans aren\u2019t all-powerful\u2063 \u2014 that they can\u2019t change their gender at will, or control the \u200dweather on\u2063 a whim \u2014 then their entire ideology falls apart.
