The meeting lasted approximately five hours\u200b on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Kerik&#8217;s attorney, Timothy Parlatore, revealed\u200d that the focus of the questioning revolved around the actions of Rudy Giuliani, Trump&#8217;s attorney, \u2064in attempting to prove that Trump had won\u2064 the \u200c2020 presidential\u200b election.<\/p>\n<h3>The \u200bFour Democrats\u200c Who Could Attempt to Unseat Biden in 2024 Election<\/h3>\n<p>Kerik has a longstanding relationship with Giuliani, dating back\u200d to Giuliani&#8217;s time as mayor of New\u200c York City. \u200bWhile Giuliani has been mentioned as\u2064 a co-conspirator in Trump&#8217;s recent indictment, he\u200b has not faced any charges and \u200cvehemently denies any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<p>Parlatore expressed confidence that Giuliani will not be charged by the\u2062 special counsel, stating, &#8220;The idea that \u2062Rudy Giuliani was intentionally pushing claims he knew were \u200bfalse is\u200b not something supported by the evidence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kerik was part of Giuliani&#8217;s team that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-ally-bernie-kerik-meets-with-investigators-in-first-sign-of-life-since-indictment-report\/\" title=\"Bernie Kerik, a Trump ally, meets investigators after indictment: Report.\">investigated alleged voter fraud surrounding<\/a> the 2020 \u2064election. Last month, he provided a substantial \u200damount of documents related to the \u2064investigation,\u200d after receiving permission from Trump&#8217;s legal team.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have shared all of these documents, approximately 600 megabytes, mostly PDFs, with the special counsel and \u2062look forward to sitting \u200ddown with them in about two weeks to\u200b discuss,&#8221; Kerik stated.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Kerik \u200bfaced false accusations regarding a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-indicted-mike-pences-notes-referenced-in-charging-document\/\" title=\"Pence's notes cited in charging document for Trump's indictment.\">meeting prior<\/a> to January 6th by the Jan. 6 committee.<\/p>\n<p>In \u20622010, Kerik was\u2063 sentenced to four \u200cyears in prison for felony fraud charges and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-shoots-down-smiths-requests-in-special-counsel-case\/\" title=\"Judge denies Smith's requests in special counsel case.\">making\u2064 false statements<\/a> to government officials.
