And there was conduct that is alleged to \u200chave occurred\u200b outside FLA,&#8221; Andrew Weissmann, a\u200d former federal prosecutor \u200dfrom special\u2062 counsel Robert Mueller&#8217;s investigation who now appears on \u200bMSNBC, said in response.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;BREAKING:\u200b I told you Judge Cannon is legit. She\u200c is\u200b not going to\u2062 tolerate \u2064Jack \u200cSmith&#8217;s bulls***,&#8221; \u200cauthor \u200dand\u200b journalist\u2062 Julie Kelly said in a post to X. &#8220;This is gold \u2014 she asks defense to raise possible grand jury \u2062abuse by DOJ for conducting \u2063nearly\u200b all of the\u2063 investigation in DC then switching to FLA at \u200blast minute for \u2064indictment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) echoed\u200c Kelly, saying,\u200b &#8220;No judge should tolerate Jack Smith&#8217;s bulls***.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In a separate post, Kelly took aim at those \u200bsuggesting that Cannon improperly revealed grand jury\u200c information.\u200d &#8220;Moronic reporters and legal analysts now spinning that Judge Cannon disclosed DC grand jury still at work in Mar a \u2064Lago case when it was Jack Smith who did so in a motion filed last week,&#8221;\u2062 she said.<\/p>\n<p>Smith brought the documents case against Trump and\u200b Nauta in the Southern District of Florida. Both Trump and Nauta have pleaded not\u200d guilty\u200d to the charges they face, including counts that relate to\u200d concealment and obstruction. An employee \u200dat Trump&#8217;s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida,\u200b Carlos \u200cDe Oliveira, has also been charged \u200dbut has yet to enter a plea.<\/p>\n<p>Trump is \u2063running\u200b a 2024 campaign for another\u2063 term in the White House.
