Version: 4.0.47--><h2>A Fourth Indictment\u2064 of Former President Donald\u2064 Trump is Looming<\/h2>\n<p>A fourth indictment of former\u2064 President Donald Trump is looming, \u200daccording to one of Trump\u2019s attorneys.<\/p>\n<p>Alina Habba told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/trump-attorney-expects-georgia-indictment-weeks-corrupt-da-wants-moment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> on Sunday she expects\u200d Fulton County, Georgia, District \u200bAttorney Fani Willis will secure an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/pence-refuses-rule-witness-prosecution-cannot-wait-cross-examine-trumps-lawyer-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">indictment<\/a> against the leading GOP 2024 presidential contender in \u2064the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>As noted Friday by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajc.com\/politics\/trump-will-pursue-appeal-in-attempt-to-thwart-fulton-prosecution\/LI4QT2OCKNEBJJIWPJQKREPN6E\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Atlanta Journal-Constitution<\/a>, Trump has been trying without success to head off an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trumps-lawyer-says-theres-something-she-expects-to-happen-to-trump-in-the-next-few-weeks\/\" title=\"Trump's lawyer anticipates an upcoming event for him soon.\">indictment alleging\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-live-facebook-and-twitter-ceos-testify-before-senate-judiciary-committee\/\" title=\"Watch Live: Facebook and Twitter CEOs Testify Before Senate Judiciary Committee\">election interference<\/a><\/a> in Georgia during his challenges to the results of the 2020 election.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.11alive.com\/article\/news\/special-reports\/ga-trump-investigation\/fulton-county-insiders-expect-former-president-donald-trump-indicted-this-week-georgia\/85-10b10a28-e537-49a5-a17e-042d86dd4777\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WXIA-TV<\/a> reported Sunday that the indictment\u2062 could be handed up this week.<\/p>\n<p>Halina\u200d indicated that would come as no surprise, saying Willis\u200c is primping for her time in the spotlight.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think if you look at the barricades, the fact that she\u2019s\u2062 got her PR team doing fresh pictures for \u200bher, it\u2019s a good indicator that Fani wants her moment and she will get on the bandwagon with the rest of the corrupt \u2064DAs and AGs that \u200cwe\u2019ve seen out of \u2063this country,\u201d she told Fox News.<\/p>\n<p>When asked\u2064 how Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/questions-raised-fair-trump-trial-revealed-doj-prosecutor-spent-money\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">would respond,<\/a> Habba said\u200c his response\u2062 last week when he was arraigned \u200bon charges \u2063of contempt\u2064 and \u2064obstruction in\u2062 connection \u200bwith his election challenges said it all.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2062 think what he said outside the last Jan. 6 arraignment \u200bwas perfect. It\u200b says it all. This is not America.
