training.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2062lawsuit points out that all state-licensed physicians must \u200ccomplete \u206450\u2064 hours of continuing\u2062 medical education every two years.<\/p>\n<p>It describes &#8220;implicit bias&#8221; as the &#8220;idea that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/study-89-respondent-medical-professionals-belgium-kill-baby-born-disabilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">medical professionals<\/a> unconsciously treat patients differently based \u2062on their race or other immutable characteristics,&#8221; as reported by \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/themessenger.com\/news\/black-immigrant-doctors-sue-california-over-evil-mandatory-implicit-bias-training\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Messenger<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In a \u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/opinion\/black-doctor-suing-california-racist-medical-mandate?intcmp=tw_fnc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News Op-Ed<\/a>,\u2063 Dr. Singleton criticizes the California law for what it truly is.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>&#8220;While the law doesn&#8217;t\u200d say it, the accusation is clear: White people\u2063 are oppressors and Black people are oppressed. Nationwide, implicit-bias trainings for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/doctor-coalition-sues-california-medical-board-for-insisting-white-individuals-are-naturally-racist\/\" title=\"Doctor Coalition sues CA Medical Board over 'White individuals are inherently racist' stance.\">medical\u200b professionals \u2063routinely discuss systemic racism<\/a>, White supremacy, and other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/virginia-state-senate-rejects-updated-communism-curriculum-claiming-its-racist-to-asians\/\" title=\"Virginia State Senate Rejects Updated Communism Curriculum, Claiming Its Racist to Asians\">race-based attacks<\/a> on classes of people,&#8221;<\/strong> she said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;I don&#8217;t care\u200b that I&#8217;m\u200b not the target. This \u2064still represents the kind \u200bof racist thinking that was\u200b starting to fade 50 years ago.
