Please let us know.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Musk didn&#8217;t stop there. He also \u2064declared that \u2062his\u200c company will launch a public relations \u200cwar\u200c against companies that punish their employees for their actions on X.<\/p>\n<p>Musk tweeted,\u2062 \u201cAnd we won\u2019t just sue, it\u200b will be extremely \u2063loud and we will go after\u200d the boards of directors of\u200d the companies too.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">And we won\u2019t just sue, it \u200cwill be extremely loud and we will\u2064 go after \u2064the boards of directors of the companies too<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Elon Musk (@elonmusk) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1688051512843395072?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 6, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>X Fights Back Against Non-Profit<\/h3>\n<p>X \u2062recently\u200d filed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacermonitor.com\/view\/NV3GMHQ\/X_Corp_a_Nevada_Corporation_v_Center_for_Countering_Digital__candce-23-03836__0001.0.pdf?mcid=tGE3TEOA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> against a non-profit organization,\u2064 accusing it \u2064of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/elon-musk-vows-to-go-to-war-against-companies-that-punish-employees-for-activity-on-x\/\" title=\"Elon Musk pledges to fight companies penalizing employees for X involvement.\">unlawfully accessing\u2062 private data<\/a> and selectively showcasing hate speech on the platform.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, filed in \u2064the U.S. District Court for \u200bthe Northern District of California, alleges that the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) orchestrated a &#8220;scare campaign&#8221; to drive away advertisers from X by \u200dpublishing \u200dreports on\u2064 hate speech.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">CCDH has done this by engaging \u2063in a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/x-corp-sues-researchers-who-reported-rise-in-hate-speech-on-platform\/\" title=\"X Corp. takes legal action against researchers for reporting hate speech increase on platform.\">unlawful acts designed<\/a> to improperly \u2062gain access to protected X \u200dCorp. \u2062data, needed by CCDH\u2064 so \u2062that it could cherry-pick from the hundreds of millions \u200bof posts made each day on X and falsely claim it had statistical support \u200cshowing the platform is overwhelmed with harmful content,\u201d<\/b> the lawsuit \u200dreads.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit comes after X attorney Alex Spiro\u2062 sent a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/x-lawyer-threatens-legal-action-against-non-profit-targeting-hate-speech-on-platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letter<\/a> threatening legal action \u2062against the non-profit organization, accusing them of making \u200cbaseless claims to harm \u2063X \u2063and its advertising business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/x-corp-sues-non-profit-over-scare-campaign-designed-to-drive-advertisers-away-from-social-media-platform-report\">X Corp.
