You can read Part 1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fried-one-big-problem-jack-smiths-logic-indictment-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s turn now directly to evidence of fraud and irregularities.<\/p>\n<p>Jack \u2063Smith doesn\u2019t think these items exist, \u200dbut they remain unresolved to this day. To avoid running out of space in this\u2062 article, I will simply list some of the \u2063many issues that remain unresolved. Many are addressed fully in my books and on my Substack account.<\/p>\n<h3>Georgia rejection rate collapse<\/h3>\n<p>In Georgia, the collapse of mail-in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/policy-brief-aiming-to-limit-mail-in-ballot-rejections-in-u-s-elections-is-authored-by-ccp-funded-group\/\" title=\"Policy Brief Aiming To Limit Mail-In Ballot Rejections In U.S. Elections Is Authored By CCP-Funded Group\">ballot rejection rates<\/a> was likely\u2063 evidence of \u200dfraud. It still is.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2020 election, almost no one had his or her ballot rejected due to a \u200csignature problem or any other type of irregularity. In fact, the rejection rate dropped to <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Election_results,_2020:_Analysis_of_rejected_ballots\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">just 1\/18th<\/a> of the rate for 2016. \u200dThat added at least 78,000 ballots to the vote count.<\/p>\n<p>Who decided that the 78,000 votes were valid and should be counted?\u200c Why, that would be the\u2064 workers in \u2064the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/far-left-georgia-judge-says-its-constitutional-to-keep-voter-drop-boxes-open-at-all-hours-throws-out-gop-case\/\" title=\"Far Left Georgia Judge Says It\u2019s Constitutional to Keep Voter Drop Boxes Open At All Hours \u2013 Throws Out GOP Case\">county election offices<\/a>. I guess they are the ones who \u200breally won the state for Biden.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, in the huge and very blue county \u200dof Fulton, which includes most of Atlanta, the rate dropped even more \u2014 to <a href=\"https:\/\/elections-blog.mit.edu\/articles\/deep-dive-absentee-ballot-rejection-2020-general-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">just 1\/128th<\/a> of the statewide rate for 2016. Despite that, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger blocked, and continues to block, any external review of Fulton County mail-in ballots.<\/p>\n<h3>Fulton County\u2019s impossible ballots<\/h3>\n<p>I just \u2062said that a review of Fulton County ballots has been continuously blocked by\u200c the \u200bGeorgia\u2063 secretary of state. However, the dedicated nonprofit organization VoterGA managed to \u200bget some low-resolution images of Fulton\u2019s ballots.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/vwmwup-VoterGA.org-press-conference-march-7th.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">findings<\/a> \u200b are astonishing:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Although\u2064 it takes at least one second to scan a ballot, there are over 4,000 ballots with precisely the same timestamp \u2014 to the second.<\/li>\n<li>16,034 mail-in ballot authentification files \u200c(.sha files) were added several days after scanning. This \u2064makes no sense because the system creates the .sha files simultaneously with the\u2064 image files. (A .sha file is a \u201csecured hash algorithm\u201d file and \u200dis added as a security measure. It is also a requirement \u2062of Georgia law.)<\/li>\n<li>132,284 mail-in ballot \u2063images (.tif files) \u200bcannot be authenticated due to missing .sha files. For all we know, these images could have been made in Raffensperger\u2019s basement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These are just three of the 15 findings itemized \u2062by VoterGA in a March\u200d 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/vwmwup-voterga-press-conference-march-7th.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news conference<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Michigan had\u2062 an illegal election<\/h3>\n<p>For the 2020 election, Michigan planned to authenticate mail-in ballots by means of signature matching, which Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said was superior to using ID.<\/p>\n<p>After making that statement, however, Benson gutted the signature standard by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/complaint-wisconsin-officials-sent-ballot-to-ineligible-nursing-home-resident-after-she-voted-in-last-two-elections\/\" title=\"Complaint: Wisconsin Officials Sent Ballot To Ineligible Nursing Home Resident After She \u2018Voted\u2019 In Last Two Elections\">telling election clerks<\/a> to \u201cpresume\u201d signatures were valid. So there was absolutely no way to authenticate ballots in\u200b Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>Trump \u200bsued to \u2063require signature \u2062verification, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentsentinel.com\/michigan-state-judge-rules-secretary-of-state-broke-the-law-on-absentee-ballots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">he won<\/a> \u2014 four months after the election. That is when a judge ruled that Benson had broken the law. Due to her actions, the Michigan election results \u200bshould be \u200ddecertified.<\/p>\n<h3>205,000 more\u200d ballots than voters in Pennsylvania<\/h3>\n<p>Jack Smith\u2062 refers to this in his indictment: \u201cThe Defendant asserted \u2064that there had been 205,000 more votes than voters in Pennsylvania. The Defendant\u2019s Acting Attorney General and \u2063Acting Deputy Attorney General had\u200d explained to him that this was false. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>When will attorneys stop pretending they\u2063 are auditors? To this day, Pennsylvania\u2019s vote and voter counts are unsettled matters.<\/p>\n<p>I am \u200cstill waiting for the \u2064secretary of state to put out a meaningful reconciliation of ballots\u200d to voters. (I have tried to get it.) To \u2063be legitimate, the reconciliation\u200b should list the weekly increases in voters, \u200bvotes, overvotes, undervotes and written votes for each county.<\/p>\n<p>Such\u200c a reconciliation \u200bhas not been made available, and I strongly suspect that the secretary of state has no \u200bone on\u2064 staff with the requisite competence to\u200b prepare such a reconciliation. \u200d(By the way,\u2062 the original number was <a href=\"https:\/\/justthenews.com\/politics-policy\/elections\/nearly-two-months-after-election-pennsylvania-still-uncertain-how-many\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">202,000<\/a> \u2014 not 205,000.)<\/p>\n<h3>Jesse Morgan \u2064and his tractor-trailer of ballots<\/h3>\n<p>Jesse Morgan has consistently claimed \u2062that he transported hundreds of thousands\u2063 of completed ballots from New York to Pennsylvania shortly before\u200d the election.<\/p>\n<p>The Postal Service inspector general <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oversight.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/oig-reports\/USPS\/21INV00781.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admitted<\/a> that 650,000 ballots were printed in New York and taken to the Philadelphia area, but neither the\u2063 IG nor the ballot printer could recall whether the Postal Service or\u2063 the printer transported them. (Maybe it was Jesse?)<\/p>\n<h3>Maricopa County\u2019s 204,000 phony ballots<\/h3>\n<p>In Maricopa County, \u2062a panel of six people, including three document examiners, determined that \u200b12 percent\u2064 of sampled mail-in ballots appeared to be phony. It was a 6-0 decision that implies that <a href=\"https:\/\/vashiva.com\/scientific-study-reveals-maricopa-counted-200000-ballots-with-mismatched-signatures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">204,000<\/a> mail-in ballots were phony countywide.<\/p>\n<p>That would \u200cbe almost 20 times Biden\u2019s winning margin.<\/p>\n<h3>Arizona\u2019s phony overseas vote<\/h3>\n<p>Imagine this: In a county where Trump received about 49 percent of the vote and Biden got about 51 percent,\u2063 the overseas vote split like this: Trump 5 percent, Biden 95 percent.<\/p>\n<p>To <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/5-financial-bubbles-that-made-gamestop-look-like-nothing\/\" title=\"5 Financial \u2018Bubbles\u2019 That Made Gamestop Look Like Nothing\">make matters worse<\/a>, there was almost no documentation to support those \u2062bizarre numbers, which accounted for 8,000 of Biden\u2019s 10,400-vote winning margin. (See this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/videoplayer\/?eventID=2022011066\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video<\/a> starting at 1:55:00.)<\/p>\n<h3>Pima County and the allegation of 35,000 ballots stuffed for Biden<\/h3>\n<p>Way back in\u2062 2020, this allegation went \u2063to the criminal division of \u200bthe U.S. Department of Justice, but the DOJ isn\u2019t talking.<\/p>\n<p>An anonymous tipster said he was at a meeting of Democrats where a plan was hatched to add 35,000 votes to Biden\u2019s totals. Thanks \u2064to Dr.\u2063 Shiva Ayyadurai and his unique and brilliant statistical \u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/vashiva.com\/the-fish-tail-in-pima-county-analysis-of-mail-in-ballots-pima-county-arizona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">analysis<\/a>, we know that this allegation is highly credible.<\/p>\n<h3>Non-citizen voting is a fact<\/h3>\n<p>Several months after the \u2062election, Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvsos.gov\/sos\/home\/showpublisheddocument?id=9428\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acknowledged<\/a> that thousands \u2064of non-citizens probably voted in Nevada\u2019s 2020\u200d election. Determining the exact number is almost impossible because\u200b the government blocks efforts\u2064 to obtain such information.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Jack Smith would have zero chance of getting a conviction based on his evidence\u2063 if \u200bthis trial were held\u200d in a neutral\u200c venue.
