That is unprecedented in American history.<\/p>\n<p>And it\u2019s not just that the Biden DOJ is charging Trump with some\u200c crimes \u2014 by Bloomberg\u2019s count, it\u2019s charged him with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-08-01\/all-the-charges-trump-now-faces-and-all-the-prison-time-too#xj4y7vzkg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">44 so far<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The federal charges have come \u2064down in three rounds of indictments in June, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-breaking-big-update-trump-documents-case-third-person-charged\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">July<\/a> \u2063 and August.<\/p>\n<p>As many pundits have pointed \u2063out, \u200bthe indictments always seem to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-indictment-pattern-emerges-jack-smith-announces-third-set-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coincide<\/a> within \u2062a day or so with \u2064news being \u200dreleased that \u200bcasts\u2064 Biden and\/or\u2064 his son Hunter in a bad,\u2062 perhaps\u200c criminal light.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The pattern\u200d of\u200b events surrounding our \u2064investigation into the \u200cBidens can\u2019t be a coincidence:<\/p>\n<p>3\/17\u200b \u2013\u200b Hunter admits laptop is his<br \/>\n3\/18 \u2013 Notice of\u200c 1st Trump indictment<\/p>\n<p>6\/8 \u2013 FBI doc on $5M Biden bribe drops<br \/>\n6\/9 \u2013\u2064 Mar-A-Lago Indictment<\/p>\n<p>7\/31 \u2013 Archer testifies<br \/>\n8\/1 \u2013 1\/6 Indictment <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/KY1wptJZWg\">pic.twitter.com\/KY1wptJZWg<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Congressman Byron Donalds (@RepDonaldsPress) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepDonaldsPress\/status\/1686806570846560256?\">August 2, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Which\u200d leads \u2062to the second noteworthy\u200c point:<\/h3>\n<p>Not only has \u200dthe DOJ indicted Trump multiple times, but it has simultaneously bent over backward to not \u2064enforce the law in relation to \u200dthe Bidens.<\/p>\n<p>The House Oversight Committee is currently investigating whether Joe and \u200bHunter Biden each took a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-gop-releases-fbi-document-alleging-5m-biden-bribery-scheme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$5 million bribe<\/a> \u2064 in\u200c exchange\u200c for Joe, who was \u2063then vice\u2062 president, taking government action to benefit the Ukrainian\u2064 energy firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/house-oversight-committee-releases-full-devon-archer-transcript-page-45-looks-bad-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Burisma<\/a>, where Hunter happened to be earning $1 million per year.<\/p>\n<div id=\"firefly-poll-container\" class=\"one-half\">\n<div class=\"firefly-poll-question\">Do you think Trump will win in 2024?<\/div>\n<div id=\"pollFormBox\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Yes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>No<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-poll-disclaimer\">\n<p>\t\tCompleting this poll entitles you to The Western Journal news updates free of charge. Trump said he \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-posts-exonerating-evidence-appearing-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declassified<\/a> them \u200dall before leaving office.<\/p>\n<p>However, at the end of last year, we learned Biden had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/staggering-report-doj-purposely-decided-bidens-personal-lawyers-conduct-classified-document-search-instead-sending-fbi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">classified documents<\/a> \u2062at his Wilmington, \u2064Delaware, home and private office in Washington, D.C., \u200dand in his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/thinking-biden-humiliated-peter-doocy-storing-classified-docs-next-corvette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">garage<\/a> dating back to\u200c his time as a U.S. senator and vice president.<\/p>\n<p>In \u2063order to have them at these locations, Biden would have had to take them from \u200dthe proper secured locations at government facilities where they belong.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s a\u200b crime.<\/p>\n<p>But nobody\u2019s heard\u200c a peep from \u200cthe special counsel assigned in January to look into the matter,\u200b and there\u2063 have been no\u200d reports of a grand jury being \u200cformed.<\/p>\n<p>We probably\u2064 never will hear from special counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/01\/12\/special-counsel-biden-classified-documents-00077734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Robert\u2064 Hur<\/a> (I \u200chad to look his name up), except perhaps to \u200dsay\u200b that Biden was careless but lacked\u2063 intent to keep the documents at his\u200b home, so\u2064 no reasonable prosecutor would charge him.<\/p>\n<p>One can\u2063 almost hear him now: \u201cIt\u2063 was\u200c careless, not criminal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s how the DOJ handled former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton\u2019s \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hillary-clinton-getting-50-life-consecutive-sentences-mark-levin-highlights-mar-lago-hypocrisy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mishandling<\/a> of classified material on\u200b her personal, unsecured, unauthorized email server. Is there any doubt Biden will \u200dget the same \u200btreatment?<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, DOJ prosecutors tried to slip through a sweetheart \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-bidens-sweetheart-plea-deal-now-investigated-house-republicans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plea deal<\/a> for \u200dHunter last month, only calling for\u200c probation and some minor \u2062fines.<\/p>\n<p>He was to plead guilty to\u200b two misdemeanor\u2062 tax evasion crimes and pledge to stay drug-free for two years so he could have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dojs-patently-unjust-treatment-of-trump-will-make-it-easier-for-him-to-clean-house-if-elected\/\" title=\"DOJ's unfair treatment of Trump aids his potential housecleaning if elected.\">gun possession crime \u200cdropped<\/a>. According to an IRS whistleblower, Hunter skipped paying <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/06\/28\/hunter-biden-prosecutor-made-obstruction-crystal-clear-whistleblower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$1.2 million<\/a> in taxes\u200b in 2017 and 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and\u200d by the way, under the terms of the plea deal, Hunter \u200bwould have been immune from future prosecution over all\u2063 his shady overseas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/biden-bind-national-archives-informs-wh-will-release-doesnt-look-good-hunter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">business dealings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It was so\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/op-ed-is-a-biden-impeachment-part-of-the-democratic-playbook-for-2024\/\" title=\"Op-Ed: Could Biden Impeachment Be Part of Dems' 2024 Strategy?\">patently unjust<\/a> that the judge in the case <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-biden-changes-plea-original-sweetheart-deal-falls-apart-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">would not \u2062let it fly<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All this is to say nothing of the \u2062FBI\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/crossfire-hurricane-lawyer-gets-slap-wrist-doctoring-evidence-obtain-fisa-warrant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crossfire Hurricane<\/a>\u201d investigation into the Trump campaign in\u200c 2016 \u2063or the DOJ\u200d appointing special counsel\u2062 Robert Mueller to further \u2062investigate Trump for almost the first two years of his presidency.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2064 was all\u200d shown to\u00a0be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/doj-finally-releases-2019-memo-absolving-trump-everything-documented-mueller-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hoax<\/a>, fueled by the\u2064 DOJ\u2019s hatred of Trump. We also learned it was mostly predicated on the infamous \u200dSteele dossier,\u00a0paid for by the \u2064Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National \u2063Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Who \u2062will be able \u2062to legitimately gainsay Trump when \u2064he cleans house at the DOJ and FBI should he\u2062 become president? Many at these agencies have shown themselves to be \u2062partisan hacks who deserve to be \u200cshown the door.<\/p>\n<p>A Quinnipiac University <a href=\"https:\/\/poll.qu.edu\/poll-release?releaseid=3874\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">poll<\/a> taken in June before \u2062this latest\u2064 round of indictments found that 62 percent of those surveyed believed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/doj-asks-supreme-court-to-reject-trump-request-in-fbi-classified-documents-case\/\" title=\"DOJ Asks Supreme Court to Reject Trump Request in FBI Classified Documents Case\">classified documents case<\/a> is mainly motivated by politics.
