In addition, Smith \u2063says, there \u200dwas \u200cno evidence\u2064 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/is-anyone-more-annoying-or-treacherous-than-barack-obama\/\" title=\"Is Anyone More Annoying or Treacherous than Barack Obama?\">significant fraud<\/a>. Therefore, Trump had to know that his actions were supported by a big\u2063 lie.<\/p>\n<p>I \u2063have a problem with Smith\u2019s \u201clogic\u201d because,\u200d to this day, I am certain that \u2064Trump did not lose the \u200delection.<\/p>\n<p>I base \u2063that\u200b opinion on two and\u200c a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/russian-opposition-leader-navalny-sentenced-to-2-5-years-in-prison\/\" title=\"Russian opposition leader Navalny sentenced to 2.5 years in prison\">half years<\/a> of intense research, as outlined in two books \u2014 one already published and another \u2064about to be published on Sept.\u200c 1. I will outline part of\u2063 that research here.<\/p>\n<p>First, however,\u200c we need to discuss\u2063 a couple of the very wise government officials who, according to \u200cSmith, \u2062educated Trump regarding the absence of election fraud.<\/p>\n<h2>Are these government officials credible?<\/h2>\n<h3>Bill Barr\u2019s Iconic Declaration<\/h3>\n<p>How many times\u2064 have you heard these\u200d words, spoken by the former attorney general? \u201cTo date, we have not seen fraud on a scale\u2063 that could have affected\u2064 a different \u200boutcome in the election.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The reality, however, is that Barr\u2019s words\u2063 could\u200d not \u2062reflect\u2062 evidence of fraud found \u2064after Nov. 13 (just 10 days after the\u2064 election). Here\u2019s why.<\/p>\n<p>Six days after the election (Nov. 9), Barr issued a memo to his Elections Crimes\u200c Branch, \u200dtelling the small\u200d staff that they had approval to investigate\u2063 any potentially significant election crimes that came to \u200ctheir attention. That innocuous memo was so outrageous to the director of the \u200cECB, \u2064Richard Pilger, that he \u200bquit in a huff that\u2064 very day.<\/p>\n<p>Four days later,\u200d the rest \u2064of the ECB\u2063 staff wrote to \u2064Barr, asking him\u200c to rescind\u200b his original memo because, after a\u200c whopping four days of\u2062 investigation, they had\u2063 found no crimes. Thus, the Barr statement reflected \u2063only four\u200b days of \u200binvestigation.<\/p>\n<h3>Christopher Krebs, a\u200c Man of Questionable Competence\u2062 and Honesty<\/h3>\n<p>Like Barr,\u2062 Krebs \u200bhas one of the go-to quotes that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fried-theres-one-big-problem-with-jack-smiths-logic-in-indictment-of-trump\/\" title=\"Issue with Jack Smith's 'Logic' in Trump's Indictment\">establishment\u200c media cites ad nauseam<\/a>: \u201cThe November 3rd election was the most secure \u2062in American history.\u2064 \u2026 We can assure\u2063 you \u200bwe have the\u2063 utmost confidence in the\u200d security and integrity of our elections, and \u200cyou should too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There are two \u2064problems with that statement: It is highly misleading and it implies a level of competence \u200bthat Krebs and his\u2063 organization, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security\u200b Agency, did not\u2063 possess.<\/p>\n<p>Look again\u2063 at Krebs\u2019 words. Did he \u200blimit his proclamation to the work of his agency, which was to detect cybersecurity threats \u200c\u2014 primarily from foreign sources? Or did he imply that the election \u200cwas secure in other\u200b ways?<\/p>\n<p>In the view of Sen. Rand Paul, Krebs was misleading. If \u200cyou want some amusement, watch Krebs squirm in silence as Paul calls \u2064him out for his\u2062 disingenuous declaration. (Paul\u2019s words can be heard in this video starting at 1:26:41.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf\u200d you\u2019re saying it\u2019s the\u2062 safest election based on no dead people\u200c voted, no non-citizens voted, no people broke the absentee rules, I\u200d think\u200b that\u2019s false, and I think that\u2019s what\u2019s upset a lot of people on \u2062our side. It\u2019s that they\u2019re taking your statement to mean, \u2018Oh \u2062well, there was no problem in the election.\u2019 \u200dI don\u2019t think you examined any \u200cof\u200d the problems that we\u2019ve heard here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response to Paul, Krebs said\u200d nothing.\u200b He simply sat with arms folded. After \u2064more than \u2062an hour, Sen. Rob Portman reminded Krebs of Paul\u2019s statement, and he finally confessed: \u201cWe absolutely were not \u2026 speaking\u2063 to the fraud aspect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What about the competence\u200c of Krebs and his agency?<\/p>\n<p>After \u200dKrebs was fired, two significant cybersecurity fiascos were discovered\u2064 that had both taken place \u2063right under \u200dhis\u2062 nose.
