Mike Huckabee predicted\u2062 that Trump will \u2062likely lose at \u200bthe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/amy-coney-barretts-1st-opinion-for-scotus-gets-no-respect-from-leading-liberal-justice\/\" title=\"Amy Coney Barrett\u2019s 1st Opinion For SCOTUS Gets No \u2018Respect\u2019 From Leading Liberal Justice\">court level<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think anybody \u200dhas any idea\u200b that there will be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/schumer-on-impeachment-senate-will-conduct-a-timely-and-fair-trial\/\" title=\"Schumer on Impeachment: Senate will conduct a timely and fair trial\">fair trial<\/a> in \u200bD.C., \u200dfor \u2064Donald \u2062Trump,\u201d Huckabee said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think\u2062 he will \u200close at the court level. I think he\u2019ll lose,\u200b maybe, at the \u200cappellate level. But if \u200dthis goes to the Supreme Court, this well could be a 9-0 decision\u200b based on free speech \u200cand the right of belief. This is \u200creally \u2064what this \u2064case\u2063 is about.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mike-huckabee-good-bad-ugly-durham-testimony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Huckabee<\/a> is most probably right.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Trump posted on <a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/110823476578708544\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Truth \u200dSocial<\/a>, writing that it was\u200d impossible to get a fair \u200dtrial in D.C.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe latest Fake \u201ccase\u201d brought by Crooked Joe Biden &#038; Deranged\u200c Jack Smith will hopefully be moved to an impartial \u2062Venue, \u2063such as the politically unbiased nearby State of West\u200b Virginia! \u201cTrump wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIMPOSSIBLE\u2062 to \u2063get\u2062 a fair \u200btrial in Washington,\u200d D.C., which is\u2062 over 95% anti-Trump, &#038; for which I have called for a Federal TAKEOVER \u2064in order to bring\u200c our Capital back to Greatness,\u201d he added.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u200c is right that\u200c 95\u200d percent of\u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-musk-top-biden-aides-meet-washington-talk-electric-cars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington DC<\/a> voted for Joe Biden in 2020,\u201d Finnerty \u200csaid to Huckabee, referencing the post. \u201cIs\u200c that part of \u200dthe calculus on the part of\u2062 Jack Smith\u2026 because Smith might know that no matter what Trump says\u2064 or \u200ddoes or how good of a case \u2063his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mike-huckabee-believes-trump-will-be-convicted-d-c-case-will-make-its-way-to-scotus\/\" title=\"Huckabee predicts Trump's conviction, expects SCOTUS involvement in D.C. case.\">defense team presents<\/a>, they\u2019re going to\u200d find him\u2062 guilty?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s\u2063 home cooking,\u201d\u200d Huckabee said. \u201cThey know that in D.C,. a Democrat\u2019s always going to be\u200c treated\u200d favorably and a Republican is going \u200dto\u200b get it stuck \u200cto him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Huckabee\u2063 elaborated\u2062 in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3nATBRFbEE0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox Business<\/a> interview this week, labeling the Trump indictments as \u201can attempt\u200d to steer the \u200bpresidential election of 2024\u201d and pointing out that\u2062 the announcements \u200cin the case always seem to come \u201cwhen there\u2019s damaging information about \u2063the \u200cBiden crime family.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"firefly-embed\">\n<\/div>\n<p>Former \u200bSupreme Court clerk Mike\u2063 Davis expressed a similar opinion in an\u2062 interview on Fox\u200c News.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis current case \u2063is before\u200d an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cops-rule-obama-chefs-death-despite-stonewalling-public-information-requests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Obama<\/a> judge \u2062in D.C. with a 95 \u2064percent Democrat D.C. jury pool that\u2019s 99 percent Trump\u200c deranged,\u201d Davis said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no question he\u2019ll be found guilty and convicted in D.C. and the \u2063Supreme Court will \u200dhave to \u200doverturn this conviction because it clearly violates the First \u200cAmendment \u2014 it\u2019s lawless\u2064 lawfare \u2062by Jack Smith and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/matt-gaetz-sends-scathing-letter-merrick-garland-list-3-demands-ag-weeks-comply\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Merrick Garland<\/a>,\u201d Davis added.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\u201cPresident Biden told his attorney general, Merrick \u200cGarland, to jump \u200cand\u2064 Merrick Garland said how high.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jumbo-calendar-shows-suspicious-timing-of-trump-indictments\/\" title=\"Trump Indictments Coincide Suspiciously on Jumbo Calendar\">brought \u2062unprecedented lawfare<\/a> against President Trump for non-crimes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe \u2064Supreme Court will have to overturn this D.C.
