A Facebook employee explained that \u2064if the company could not \u201cremove\u201d the content that the White \u2063House \u2064wanted removed, then they could \u201ccontain it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Flaherty wanted\u2064 to implement\u200c content moderation to control what\u2062 the White \u200dHouse considered \u2062\u201cbad\u201d\u200d content. Facebook complied with his requests\u200d and told the\u200c White House \u2064that they\u200b were reducing content and posts, even if the posts did not violate \u200bany terms and \u201ccontained TRUE information.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote data-service=\"twitter\" data-category=\"marketing\" data-placeholder-image=\"https:\/\/c3.oann.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/complianz-gdpr\/assets\/images\/placeholders\/twitter-minimal.jpg\" class=\"cmplz-placeholder-element twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">And of course, Facebook caved. <\/p>\n<p>The company ADMITTED to the White House that it reduced content of certain posts \u2013 even if the posts didn\u2019t violate the company\u2019s terms and contained TRUE information.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 \u200dRep.
