According to a regulatory\u200c filing, Alphabet has\u200b cut its stake in Robinhood \u200dby nearly \u200b90%. However,\u200c the tightening cycle of the Federal Reserve last\u200c year had a negative impact on equities, especially tech stocks, which affected \u200bRobinhood&#8217;s\u200c business. Since reaching its peak in August 2021, Robinhood shares have \u200dplummeted by 86%.<\/p>\n<p>Alphabet&#8217;s \u200dstake in Robinhood has decreased significantly, from around 4.9 million\u2063 shares in the \u2064previous quarter to approximately 612,214 shares as\u200c of June 30.
