Version: 4.0.47--><h2>Devon Archer Testifies: Joe Biden&#8217;s\u200d Brand \u2063Sold Around the World<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p>As revealed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-bidens-former-business-partner-joe-biden-was-the-brand-to-send-signals-to-burisma\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden's ex-business partner claims Joe Biden was the key figure in sending signals to Burisma.\">newly-released transcript<\/a> of\u2064 his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/stacey-plaskett-argues-against-gops-argument-the-party-is-being-censored\/\" title=\"Stacey Plaskett disputes GOP's claim of censorship.\">congressional \u2063testimony<\/a>, \u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/devon-archer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Devon Archer<\/a>, Hunter Biden\u2019s former business partner who served with him on the Burisma board of directors, <a href=\"https:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Devon-Archer-Transcript.pdf\">told<\/a> the \u200dHouse Committee on Oversight and Accountability that then-Vice President Joe Biden was \u201cthe brand\u201d that his son Hunter sold around the world.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019ve had other conversations with \u2064Hunter Biden,\u201d \u2062James Mandolfo, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/scotus-may-soon-face-emergency-appeal-on-trans-surgery-for-kids\/\" title=\"SCOTUS may soon receive urgent appeal on transgender surgery for minors.\">general \u2063counsel<\/a> and chief\u2063 of investigations for the Committee\u200d on Oversight and Accountability,\u2063 noted, adding,\u200c \u201cYou \u2063were his business \u2064partner for a long \u2064time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDid he talk about\u2064 how\u200c bringing his \u200ddad either\u200c to Ukraine or using \u2062his dad as Vice President would add value\u200c in \u2064the eyes\u2063 of Burisma officials?\u201d Mandolfo asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes,\u201d Archer answered.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd how would that come up?\u201d Mandolfo asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just think it\u2019s almost\u200b \u2014\u200c it\u2019s pretty \u200cobvious\u200b if you\u2019re, you know, \u2063you\u2019re the son of\u200d a Vice President,\u201d\u2064 Archer answered. \u201cHe \u2063would \u2014 we would not talk specifically about \u2014 you\u200d know, he would not be so overt. \u2063And I think that\u2019s, you\u200d know,\u200b I think that\u2019s another\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/snopes-posts-bogus-pro-aoc-fact-check-ends-up-exposing-its-left-wing-bias\/\" title=\"Snopes Posts Bogus Pro-AOC \u2018Fact Check,\u2019 Ends Up Exposing Its Left-Wing Bias\">obvious point<\/a>, that he would not say, okay, we\u2019re going to \u2014 we\u2019re \u2014\u200d you know, I\u2019m \u2064overtly \u2014 we\u2019re \u200cgoing to use my \u2063dad for this. But\u2062 I think he \u200dwould \u2014 you know, given the brand, I think he would look to, you know, to get the\u2064 leverage\u2063 from it\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mandolfo cited a note from \u2064Hunter Biden to Archer dated April\u200d 22, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEssentially, Hunter\u200c Biden copies and pastes\u2062 what \u200cappears to be a quote from his father\u2019s speech while Vice President Biden\u200b was in the Ukraine,\u201d Mandolfo noted. \u201cYou then \u2062respond, \u2018Wow. We need to make sure this ragtag temporary government in the Ukraine understands the value of Burisma to its very existence.\u2019 Hunter Biden\u200c then\u200b said, \u2018You\u200c should send \u2063to Vadym\u2019 \u2014 and who is \u2064Vadym again?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\">CLICK HERE TO GET THE\u200b DAILY WIRE \u200cAPP<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 28\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\u201cVadym \u200cis \u200cthe\u2063 corporate\u2064 secretary of Burisma,\u201d Archer answered.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 29\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Mandolfo continued, \u201cIt makes it \u2062look \u200dlike we are adding\u200d value.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWould you \u200cagree with me \u2063this isn\u2019t legal \u2062advice that\u2019s adding value here that Hunter Biden is giving, the\u2064 value \u2063add that Hunter Biden brings to Burisma is Vice President Biden?\u201d Mandolfo suggested.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe value that Hunter Biden brought to\u200d it was having \u2014 you know, there was \u200c\u2014 the theoretical was \u2063corporate governance, but obviously, given\u200c the brand, that was a\u2064 large part of \u2064the value. I don\u2019t think it \u2062was the sole value, but I do think that was a key component of the value,\u201d Archer said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou keep saying \u2018the brand,\u2019 but by \u2018brand\u2019\u2063 you mean the Biden family, correct?\u201d Mandolfo inquired.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCorrect,\u201d Archer answered.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen\u2062 you say \u2018Biden family\u2019 \u2026 You aren\u2019t talking \u2064about Dr. Jill \u2064or anybody else. You\u2019re talking about Joe Biden. Is that fair to \u200dsay?\u201d Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) interjected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYeah, that\u2019s fair to say,\u201d Archer\u2062 replied, adding, \u201cObviously, that brought the \u2064most value to the brand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mandolfo asked Archer what\u200d was the basis for knowing that Hunter Biden\u2019s family was \u201cadding value.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy basis for knowing that?\u201d Archer answered. \u201cWell, I think there were particular objectives that \u200bBurisma was trying to \u200daccomplish. And a lot of it\u2019s\u200c about\u200d opening doors, you know, globally in D.C. And I \u200cthink that, you know, that was the,\u2064 you know \u2014 and \u200bthen obviously having those doors opened, \u2064you \u200dknow,\u2064 sent the right signals, you know,\u200b for Burisma to, you know, carry \u2062on its business\u200b and be successful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Archer \u200clater added, \u201cMy\u2062 only thought is \u200bthat I think Burisma would have gone out \u200cof business if\u200c it \u200ddidn\u2019t have the brand attached to it. That\u2019s my, like, \u200donly honest \u2063opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added that Hunter Biden being on the \u2063board was\u200c why Burisma \u201cwas able to survive for as long as\u2064 it did,\u201d\u200d emphasizing\u200b \u201cjust\u200c because of the brand,\u201d \u2062and that the \u200bimpact\u200b for Burisma included \u201cthe capabilities to navigate D.C. that\u200d they were able to, you know, basically be in the news cycle.
