The 45<sup>th<\/sup> \u200b president is \u200dbeing\u200d charged with four counts.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Trump will be arraigned in Florida on August 10<sup>th<\/sup> for a secret document overriding an\u200c indictment. In addition, he has a\u2063 hearing in Georgia on that day on a motion to remove the Fulton County DA.<\/p>\n<p>The four counts that he is being prosecuted\u2064 for are \u201cConspiracy to Defraud the\u2063 United States,\u201d \u201cConspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding,\u201d \u201cObstruction of \u2062and Attempt to Obstruct \u2062an Official Proceeding,\u201d and \u201cConspiracy Against Rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to \u2063targeting the former president, Smith named <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/co-conspirators-descriptions-released-in-trump-indictment\/\" target=\"_blank\">six co-conspirators<\/a> in a 45-page charging document. He accused all six parties\u200d of schemes related \u2062to blocking the transfer of power to Joe Biden on January\u200c 6<sup>th<\/sup>. <\/p>\n<p>Trump has \u2062denied any wrongdoing and \u2063has accused Special Counsel Jack Smith of engaging in\u2062 election interference.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, prosecutors announced that they will not seek detention of President Trump.<\/p>\n<p>The judge has set the next upcoming\u2062 hearing for August 28<sup>th<\/sup>. Trump is allowed to waive his appearance at\u200d the next hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The former president has many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-pleads-not-guilty-to-all-counts\/\" title=\"Trump denies all charges.\">crucial court \u200ddates coming<\/a> up in the following months.<\/p>\n<p>Trump is scheduled to be arraigned in Florida on August 10<sup>th<\/sup> regarding classified documents superseding an indictment. In\u2062 addition, he has\u200c a hearing in Georgia on \u200bthat day on a motion to remove the Fulton County DA.<\/p>\n<p>On \u2064August 23<sup>rd<\/sup>, he has the first GOP primary debate of this election cycle. <\/p>\n<p>It is currently unclear if Trump will be participating in the first debate.
