Chutkan \u2063has been assigned \u200bto\u2063 oversee the\u2062 latest \u2062federal case brought against \u2064former President \u200dDonald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to\u2063 being\u200d appointed to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-yanks-trump-backed-hispanic-nominee-to-federal-appeals-court\/\" title=\"Biden Yanks Trump-Backed Hispanic Nominee to Federal Appeals Court\">federal bench<\/a> by former President Barack Obama, Chutkan\u200c worked for the highly influential Washington, D.C., \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/flashback-former-ag-barr-initiated-spying-program-on-americans-back-in-1992\/\" title=\"FLASHBACK: Former AG Barr Initiated Spying Program on Americans Back in 1992\">law firm<\/a> Boies, Schiller, &#038; Flexner \u200bLLP.<\/p>\n<p>And guess who \u200celse worked at that\u2063 firm while\u200b she was\u200d there.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hunter Biden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According \u200bto\u200d Chutkan\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dcd.uscourts.gov\/content\/district-judge-tanya-s-chutkan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official bio<\/a>, she was employed by Boies until 2014 when she\u2063 was \u2064appointed to \u200dthe U.S. District \u200cCourt \u200dfor the District of Columbia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2023\/08\/02\/trumps-j6-case-judge-worked-dc-law-firm-hunter-bidens-tenure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Breitbart<\/a> reported that her time at the firm \u200doverlapped with Hunter\u2019s \u2064by five \u2063years.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter\u200d also\u200b left Boies in 2014 after\u200c being\u200c placed on the \u2062board of the Ukrainian energy\u2062 company Burisma, earning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/inside-3-hour-hearing-destroyed-hunter-bidens-plea-deal-really-bad-everyone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$1 million<\/a> per year. That was also \u200da year after he co-founded BHR Partners, \u201ca\u200c Chinese\u2063 state-backed investment fund, \u200dwith <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/devon-archer-bombshell-hunter-biden-called-dc-get-ukrainian-prosecutor-investigating-burisma-fired\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Devon Archer<\/a> and Jonathan Li,\u201d Breitbart reported.<\/p>\n<p>Then-Vice President Joe \u200bBiden\u200d was\u2062 the Obama administration\u2019s point man on both Ukraine\u200c and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/politics\/archive\/2012\/01\/biden-gets-china\/250747\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">China<\/a> at the\u2062 time.<\/p>\n<p>So it \u200dwould seem that Chutkan\u2019s first order of business should be to recuse herself from the case \u200cagainst Trump based on her \u2063time working \u200cwith Hunter at Boies.<\/p>\n<p>Trump was charged by special counsel Jack Smith with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-grand-jury-makes-decision-trump-indictment-jan-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">four \u200bcrimes<\/a> related\u00a0to his questioning of the integrity of the 2020 election.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Meet Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee and the \u2064woman who will oversee the newest \u2062Trump indictment.
