And he is certainly not above\u200d using people and\u200c destroying lives to do it.<\/p>\n<p>One \u200bsuch individual,\u200b a former Biden \u2062donor,\u2062 Chris Tigani, says \u200bhe found himself \u2062ensnared \u200bin a campaign finance\u2062 scandal with Hunter Biden and served\u2062 two\u200d years in prison for a scheme the younger Biden came up with.<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/businessman-sat-jail-for-donations-biden-rips-hunter-plea-deal-always-protecting-the-bidens?intcmp=tw_fnc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cThe Story\u201d<\/a> Wednesday on Fox News, Tigani <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/video\/6332247868112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told host Martha MacCallum<\/a> \u200d that in 2008, he was approached by\u2064 President Biden\u2019s\u2064 two sons, \u200cBeau and Hunter Biden, to raise $75,000 for\u200b billboards to\u200b help in Joe Biden\u2019s later\u200c aborted run\u2064 for president.<\/p>\n<p>Tigani bundled money through his employees, using company funds to\u200c reimburse them and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/businessman-sat-in-jail-for-donations-to-biden-now-hes-blasting-hunters-plea-deal\/\" title=\"Businessman jailed for Biden donations now criticizes Hunter's plea deal.\">bypass individual\u2064 donation\u200b limits<\/a> to get\u200c around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/march-for-our-lives-issue-biden-1-billion-list-of-gun-control-policy-demands\/\" title=\"March For Our Lives Issue Biden  Billion List Of Gun Control Policy Demands\">campaign finance laws<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, &#038; the\u2063 Bidens involved \u2064in this, need to be \u200bprosecuted &#038; get prison time for \u200dthis as\u2062 well. Christopher \u200dTigani did serve\u2062 his sentence. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/DZyWssrHgv\">https:\/\/t.co\/DZyWssrHgv<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 \u200bThatBoi (@ThatGuy6309857) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ThatGuy6309857\/status\/1686576994253697024?\">August\u200b 2, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Tigani\u2063 said he was\u2064 asked by \u200bJoe Biden\u2019s then-campaign manager Dennis Toner, and later by Beau\u200b and Hunter\u200d how many \u2064employees he trusted and to \u201chave them write a check and then reimburse them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tigani later faced an FBI\u2063 investigation, resulting in a conviction for election bundling offenses and two tax charges.<\/p>\n<p>When the \u200dFBI \u201ccame knocking,\u201d Tigani \u200bsaid that Biden\u2019s campaign manager denied any knowledge of using Tigani as a \u201cbundler.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Dennis Toner\u2062 and I spoke and he \u200bsaid he didn\u2019t know what I was talking about, the very next day they unsealed \u2064the indictment, they wouldn\u2019t let me go talk to the Bidens,\u201d Tigani said.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, at the \u200dage of 53, Tigani received a two<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/president-trump-please-pardon-jon-woods-a-victim-of-process-crimes-like-michael-flynn\/\" title=\"President Trump, Please Pardon Jon Woods, a Victim of Process Crimes Like Michael Flynn\">-year prison sentence<\/a>. The prosecution\u200b of\u2064 his case\u2063 was led by David Weiss, who served as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Weiss was also the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/who-is-david-weiss-us-prosecutor-hunter-biden-case-2023-06-20\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prosecutor in the Hunter Biden case<\/a> who signed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/hunter-bidens-sweetheart-plea-deal-now-investigated-house-republicans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201csweetheart\u201d plea deal,<\/a> allowing him to evade jail time despite facing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/no-dignity-video-hunter-biden-plea-deal-shows-just-corrupt-wh-really\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">two tax violations and a felony<\/a> charge for gun possession.<\/p>\n<p>Tigani also told the\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/06\/21\/this-delaware-businessman-received-jail-time-from-the-feds-because-he-wasnt-a-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a> he\u2062 believes\u2062 that the Biden campaign was alerted about his plan to wear a wire because when \u2064he attempted\u200c to confront \u2064Toner and get\u2062 him to repeat\u200d the information about bundling\u2062 from 2007 on the phone, Toner evaded \u200cthe question, stating, \u201cI \u200bdon\u2019t know what you\u2019re talking about, and I\u2063 don\u2019t\u200d know\u200b who might be listening to this \u200bcall.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Meanwhile we find out Tigani offered to wear\u2063 a \u2063wire to record convos w\/<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/POTUS?\">@POTUS<\/a>\u2018 family &#038; <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FBI?\">@FBI<\/a>\u2026\u2026.refuse Will Mikey boy be writing\u200b abt THAT or naw? <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DNC?\">@DNC<\/a> \u2063 &#038; their minions are beginning to remind me of Hitler\u2019s tactics in removing\u2064 political enemies. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/DVOBVSXOek\">https:\/\/t.co\/DVOBVSXOek<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 DFC (@twifan_nana) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/twifan_nana\/status\/1686756633563561984?\">August 2, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He \u200csaid that the \u2064FBI turned down his \u200doffer to\u2062 wear a wire in order to get Joe Biden on record.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey \u200cwere not terribly interested \u2062in that part of the investigation,\u201d \u2062he\u200d recalls. \u200d\u201cThey wanted to get\u2063 other people \u2026 The FBI were political \u2062when they were investigating me,\u201d he said, according to the New \u2062York Post.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey \u2062were protecting the Bidens\u2064 then\u2062 and they\u2019re protecting the Bidens now,\u2063 and I think that the evidence is overwhelming \u200cthat when Attorney General <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/matt-gaetz-sends-scathing-letter-merrick-garland-list-3-demands-ag-weeks-comply\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Merrick Garland<\/a> said that he treats \u2018like cases \u2064alike\u2019 \u2014 that\u2019s really\u200d what \u2063upset me because I can tell you that, \u2018no sir you do not,&#8217;\u201d Tigani said.<\/p>\n<p>Tigani said he intends to submit an\u200d amicus brief, urging the court to take into account the potential \u200cramifications \u2064of granting Hunter a\u2064 lenient sentence.<\/p>\n<p>He said the judge \u200cis required to enter a \u2064judgment \u2064that \u201cavoids disparate sentences\u201d of defendants with similar records who \u2064have been found guilty of similar conduct.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHunter\u2019s tax loss\u200b is in the millions of dollars. It\u2019s the highest that Delaware has ever had aside from a drug dealer or someone charged with \u200bother multiple crimes, this\u2064 is a misdemeanor\u200c with a tax loss of over $1 million. My tax loss was $361,000 and I was in jail two\u2063 years,\u201d \u200bTigani told MacCallum.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Hunter\u200c Biden failed to pay $1.5 million in\u2063 taxes.<\/p>\n<p>The Architect of the Capitol estimated J6 caused $1.5 million\u200c in\u200d damages.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter \u2062caused the government as \u200cmuch financial loss as (allegedly caused by)\u200c all J6ers\u200c combined!<\/p>\n<p>But the DOJ \u2064tried to give Hunter a sweetheart deal!
